I bought this with low expectations but to my surprise, it works! I have always had heavy/droopy eyelids which have gotten worse with age. I've seen an improvement after only a few days of use. Product is supposed to take longer for full results so I can only anticipate my eyes looking better. One thing I will say, and this is purely speculation, but when I put it on at night, I have difficulty falling asleep. I've read different things online about topical caffeine and insomnia, so I can't say for sure that was the reason. But, each time I applied it at night, I had difficulty falling asleep. I only use in the morning now. Otherwise, perfect product.

This does reduce my eye bags, but not by a lot. There is maybe about a 20% reduction. But, hey, that's an improvement!

The consistency is too thin and doesn't absorb fast enough. Caffeinated under eye products from other brands have helped with immediate puffiness relief, but not this stuff. This is my first experience with The Inlet List, and although I won't be repurchasing this item I do plan on giving there other products a try at some point.

Love this! I’ve been using it for over a year and it makes such a noticeable difference in eye circles and tightness. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and I can tell the mornings I forget to put it on! This is awesome. After using the Garnier roller for years, I finally decided to try something different and this delivers. I keep it in the refrigerator so it feels even better when put on. I love this product!!! I am 45 years old and frequently work overnight shifts. My eye bags were so bad, and could not get rid of them no matter what I tried. Even with plenty of sleep, they would not go away. I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I see a huge difference! A little puffiness sneaks through occasionally, but I actually look rested now! It took a couple of weeks to see the results, but I am super happy with this eye cream!

Not sure yet. I've used it for a few days. Only in the mornings. On day 2, the bags under my eyes were smaller so I'm continuing once a day.....We'll see. No irritation and noticeably softer skin without additional moisturizers.
