My family has been using this product for a while now- and so far, so good. We mostly use this for hair washing for littles so using as a body wash is the 2nd use. This doesn't seem to irritate anyone's skin or scalp, though we do use this primarily as a shampoo, and only occasionally as a body wash. I find that the fragrance is pretty mild (which we prefer) and a little goes a long way. This is a pricier option and for that reason we are always on the lookout for other options. This last delivery- I believe the recipe has changed as well so we will see. The previous refill was clear with a subtle amberish color- this refill is the same color hue, but no longer clear but cloudy (think mixing water with a little milk). I poked around online and others have had a similar experience- so far this hasn't irritated anyone including one of my littles that has some eczema breakouts on occasion. ... show more
