Pleasantly surprised. I was looking for an alternative to the checks & balances frothy foam cleanser. Had tried a few foaming cleaners from stores that ended up either too creamy, not enough froth or sud, broke put skin, etc. Decided to try this based on reviews. It foams up nicely. Only small amount of product needed so should last a long time (I recommend gently squeezing out only a small pee size. This product cleaned my face well. Cleared up much of the breakouts from all the other products I tried. Rinsed well. Has a scent but not overpowering & did not bother my skin. I use this sometimes alone & sometimes with a buffing face pad/or wash cloth for exfoliation. It cleaned my pores without overdrying my skin. My only regret is that I did not try this years ago when it 1st came out. I will definitely continue to use this product. Oh, and the tube is huge! For reference, I'm grandma age but this also works well for the young adults as well. Probably would e good for a teen with acne too as it cleans well without stripping & overdrying skin which in turn if that happens, skin produces more oil to make up for it. Try it. I so under estimated the size of this bottle when it came. Used to much the fist time. A litte goes a long way! Love how soft it makes my face and cleans it. I'm a machinist. My face is gross by the end of the day. On top of that I have harsh acne rx acne medications. This has saved my face. It looks like lotion. Very moisturizing. Like I said a little goes a long way. Good double cleanser but could be better. I ordered this mainly for the oil cleaner to get rid of sebaceous filaments. It works very well for that and make my skin clear. Also removes all water proof make up. However, the cleanser has a VERY strong scent. It smells almost like mall hand soap. The scent isn’t great. due to the strong scent it irritates my eyes even if i just get it close to my not in my eye. I don’t love the cleanser. Overall, it has made my skin clearer ... show more

Okay, I really wanted to love this product…. 1. The oil cleanser: I really dont have anything nice to say about the oil. I came from using Orien mugwort oil cleanser.. and i’ll be going back. Something about this oil… it felt more like it was stripping my skin Han it felt moisturizing and like it was lifting my whiteheads or anything like that. It didnt feel that smooth on my skin.. and now I have this dry patch on my forehead.. I feel like it’s from the oil. It honestly feels like a liquid sandpaper… I like to do my oil cleansing for two minutes.. it felt like, after a minute, my skin started to feel irritated.. and it felt like my skin probably would be red when I was done…. And I totally forgot to mention this oil has fragrance.. Orien does not.. which is probably why that one seems a lot less harsh. I have combination skin, by the way. This oil was also a little difficult to emulsify. I would wet my hands, rub them together and expect something of a milky texture….. no. it just didnt emulsify good at all to me. If you want a good, less irritating oil that you could rub around on your skin for the full two minutes, try Orien. And THAT oil emulsifies BEAUTIFULLY. I think this stuff is probably just a good makeup remover and thats it.. 2. Okay, the foam: uhh…. I like that a little goes a long way.. I feel a lot better about the foam cleanser because it seems to not strip my skin. Once im done with both steps, I dont feel dry, like I’ll crack if I smile. it does seem to brighten in the end.. but I won’t know of any long term results because once I finish these bottles, thats it 💀💀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️: I can and will finish this product, but it's personally not for me. ... show more
