I'm shocked and incredibly happy. Had very low expectations but this stuff does work. Provides decent numbing within a few seconds. Not long lasting but I can deal with dabbing it on every 10 min until ibuprofen and salt water rinses bring down the swelling that causes my tooth pain. This stuff is NOT like Anbesol and Orajel. Doesn't taste like bubblegum to me but it's sweet as opposed to the horrendous taste of the other products. Doesn't cause that awful burning / stinging, either. Best relief I've found short of going to the dentist.

Got this for tooth pain on a crack tooth cause could not get into dentist for a week . Anbesol is usually my go too but was not seeming to be strong enough. Tried this after coming on it by accident. Comes in sveral great flavors, or as great as can get in medicine. This works wonderful. Quick acting and seemed stronger than orther products. Love this, would highly recommend especially for kids toothache. May try the cherry one next time.

I bought this product for the flavor, because I have used another brand that just has 3 flavors. I was very shocked when I opened the bottle and the product was very red. I thought maybe it just looked dark in the bottle so I would try it. It works, but stained my finger and the tooth I was using it around. It works great just don't use it around your front teeth or they'll be pink.

I am a new denture wearer as of 3 months ago. I haven’t been able to use them as much as I should due to pain in my gums. Now I rub this on the sensitive areas and it’s so much easier to wear them. I am very pleased.

It worked great for first 2 days. Since then it's not working any better than the cheap pain relief gel. Waste of money. There is no way to return it or get money back.

Got this for my newly installed train tracks. I spent the first weekend with 3 friends at a festival that was delayed. I talked a lot so there was a lot of cheek rubbing. I swiped some of this on and it was pain free. Tastes so much better than oral gel
