I own three other handbags by The Drop - all of which I love - so I had high expectations for this purchase and, well, I'm disappointed to say that this bag just does not come close to the quality of the other The Drop bags. I just don't find this bag looks or feels more expensive than it is. The croc embossing, from a distance, will look nice, but up close, it doesn't look very high quality. It's also got threads all over the purse that are fraying (see pic). Finally, this may seem minor, but there is a bunch of long, white tags (probably with material and care instructions) on the inside that looks ridiculous when you open the flap (again, see pic). I'll have to try to squeeze my hand in to cut off without ripping the lining. It is definitely lightweight with plenty of room in two compartments to put various items. It also has an inside pocket in the larger compartment that you could slide a credit card or cash into for quick access. It looks very feminine and dainty, esp if you carry it with the top handle. But that's about it. I considered returning this but I am currently in need of a black crossbody so I'll keep and use it, but I'm already on the hunt for another. I got this to replace a more expensive crossbody that I had for YEARS that finally need to be retired and I now regret not purchasing a higher-end bag so that I would get the quality and look I had expected from this purchase. ... show more

Poor quality. I am so disappointed with this purchase. After 6 wks, the stiching is coming undone/fraying. I want a refund. This should NOT happen after such a short period of time. I am almost 80 yrs old. I did nothing to cause this. I greatly appreciate your help.
