A fun evening of entertainment.
I really enjoyed this movie, as I did the first one. Let's face it, this movie will win no Oscar's. Feel Good movies are passé with the Academy. To this I say "BRAVO". I watch movies to be entertained, and maybe feel good at the end. Not talked down to. Not preached at. Not lectured. Not have my character defects pointed out. Not forced to read subtitles. The Movies are GREAT! The actual DVD not so much …
Four stars because the disc for Prada 2 has NO graphics on it. Kinda misses the point of buying the two movie dvds together ? Not sure why this was done this way. BUT OF COURSE PRADA 2 IS ACTUALLY A BETTER MOVIE THAN PRADA. I love both movies and when I love a movie, I like to own the dvd. Great movie! One of the few sequels I like
Loved the first Devil Wears Prada. Usually, I found sequels to only be okay. But this is one of the very few sequels I liked. Great to see the 4 principal actors from the first film reunite for this film and still give us what we loved about the first DWP but of course taking into consideration the current reality of 2025/2026. A bit unsteady in spots, but worth a look
Well..I am finding it hard to begin this review. Without comparing it to the fast paced, clever, and visually stunning first film, I would have to say it is a decent little story, good fun in spots. It was fun to see all the characters again of course, but the script was truly lacking and flat in many places to the point it dragged. It lacked depth even though it tried a couple times. Queen Miranda was a light weight, which was disappointing. Andy was almost slap stick and silly at times. Saying that, it is still worth a look if you like all the actors and seeing some fashion glimpse across the screen. Fantastic Sequel that you will regret not buying with all the tons of extra features
Great transfer of the film, lots of g reat exclusives. If you love the franchise and the actors it's a no brainer. Buy it! Hard media will never go away, it beats any download or onscreen rental. This was a fantastic sequel. Everyone was in top form. I feel Emily Blunt steals teh show completely. Gorgeous, classy and oh so talented. ... show more
