Yes. Did we FaceTime my sister 4 states away so she could also watch the process? Absolutely, yes. The “dough” is a bread scented almost fluffy slime. The stuffy comes out of the oven warm. It will warm up again up each time you squeeze it for a few seconds. We got a cat and it makes cute purring/meowing noises and really smells like an almond-type pastry. Got this for my niece who loves baking and stuffies and she loved it! It’s really cute and has the fun, interactive bit as a bonus. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the directions don’t tell you they have locks on the bottom to keep it from dropping down all the way, and not taking those out ruined the surprise of what it was for her. ... show more

My daughter loved making the Cookeez Makery Cinnamon Treatz Oven. Watching the stuffed animal “bake” and come out of the oven was pure magic for her. It smelled great, the plush is cute and makes sounds, and the whole experience was a lot of fun for a one-time activity. That said, I found it pretty pricey for what you get. It’s a one-time use item, and I really wish they offered affordable refill packs so we could do it again without buying a whole new set. For the cost, it just doesn’t feel very sustainable or worth repeating. Overall, it was great for a special occasion or gift, but I probably wouldn’t purchase it again ... show more
