I am about halfway through this book. It is well written and very concise. I’ve learned a great deal in just a few chapters. However, there is one minor problem. The summaries at the end of the chapters seem a bit off. The summaries will mention things that weren’t discussed at all in the prior . And I found that confusing. I’ve gone back and looked in the chapters to see if I miss something. And I haven’t. Someone needs to go back and review the summaries at the end of the chapterand make sure they’re reflecting the material properly. ... show more

It clarifies terminology used by professionals to describe errors. I look forward to exploring the bonus features specifically the 12 most common error types – quick reference sheet and the error coin identification flow chart, both of which are available via QR code. Might I suggest that these bonus features simply be included in the book especially for those that are technically challenged and/or do not have a printer? ... show more
