I paid for what I thought was supposed to be 'brand new' spiral bound book but, was upset that it is what I perceive as 'used'. On the front cover, top right hand corner, where it says; #1 Best Selling Price Guide, is goopy, like a sticker has been removed. This leads me to believe that I paid a brand new price, for a used book. If I had known I was buying a 'used' book, I would have ordered a used one and saved myself $4. ... show more
