Love the spiral book , makes it easy to use. A lot of good information, the only thing I didn't care for is some coins only have ms + values listed not the lower grades. . But still think its worth the price

I have used the book to supplement the work of a local dealer, who provided an appraisal of a portion of a collection father left me and my brothers. The book offers very welcome and useful information on the grading (and value) of specific issues, which a dealer might not always provide in such detail as the book. I also found it useful to compare estimated values provided by the book with those which the dealer supplied. The book provides a lot of fascinating history about US coinage, and will always be a more thorough resource than that of the dealer. But neither represents what a given coin might bring if sold, given fluctuating market values. ... show more
