This is an EXCELLENT reference for researching old & vintage Halloween costumes, but better than that, it is one of the most fun books I've ever paged through! In it I was so pleasantly surprised to find an amazing amount of costumes that I never even knew existed! And the amount of pop culture-related costumes (i.e., those of characters from television shows from my youth) is not to be believed! It's also put me on somewhat of a mission to locate even one of the more obscure costumes found in this book - just for fun! This is a great book if you love the old collegeville & ben cooper halloween costumes.This book brought back alot of great childhood memories to me of halloweens long past.The book has tons of great pictures showing in full color all the ben cooper and collegeville costumes, as well as old candy containers,wall decorations, and old jack o lanterns. I just love this book! It has such descriptions and photos that really make it so easy to look up items! I am so happy to add this book to my Halloween Collecting books. I would advise ANYONE who likes or collects vintage Halloween Costumes to get this book! It is awesome indeed!
