This is a cute skirt made of cotton at a price that can’t be beat. My daughter weighs 100 lbs and 5’2” and is very petite and size 14 was too big and 12 fit but it was still loose even after adjusting the waist. She thought it was good enough until she tried a different softer cotton version without the pleats by Children’s place. She tried the size L and XL and the L fit her really well. I suggested keeping this one so she can have a variety since she needs several navy skirts but she was adamant that she wouldn’t wear this one so that’s my honest review. I suggest trying the other cotton one and choose between the two. I’ll be trying their pants as well as we need lots of uniforms so check out my handle for the review coming up soon.

This skirt’s waist is really big, but it fits my daughter pretty well after adjusting it. The length is not too short, it’s about 4 or 5 fingers above her knees. She is 5’2 and 108 lb.

Bought this skirt for my daughter to wear to school. The material is durable. I was a bit disappointed there was not an option to tighten or loosen the skirt with the elastic and button usually found in Childrens clothes
