A Christmas gift for my wife, I think it'll be the cherry on top of all the Disney items she has collected though the years. I had to open it to make sure it had a safe shipment and it worked as described. It did ! Very well packed, the movement's were perfect and the sound was great. So I repacked it in original box wrapped it with Christmas wrapping paper and stuck on a big bow and hide it, " Come on Christmas.

Exactly as advertised! Bottom train track doesn't move but thats ok. The sleigh rotates. Makes noise and moves or just moves. ADJUSTABLE VOLUME!

Dont ever buy this product! Its hard to return! I received it before Christmas in addition to my Mickey Mouse collection.Im so excited and open the box right away when i set up abd try the top one that supposed to move is not working at all i try to fix it how many times to fix it but I can’t find out what was wrong so I decided to return.I already start the return here but i dont have time to go out coz im busy working and i got sick very badly.So today i went to UPS to return it but they said i have to pay for postage fee of more than $60 dollors!!! Im very upset and disappointed!!! Why should i pay that product itself is expensive and its not even my fault! Hope i can get the refund very very upset!!!

Bought this as a christmas gift for my wife who loves Disney (and I do too, honestly), and she absolutely loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the trains on 2 of the levels and the sleigh on top actually move around in circles - somehow did not pick that up from the listing. The on switch allows for turning on the lights & motion only (the trains and sleigh) or the lights & motion + music box music, which cycles classic Christmas instrumentals. The switch also has a volume adjustment for the level of the music. A very nice design. The lights are similar to other ceramic christmas trees I have seen - it is not designed to light up brightly, but rather give a nice pleasant glow. I think it is perfect. We had a little issue with the first unit shipped - the lights did not turn on at first, and then after a few tried, the flickered and when come on sometimes. We returned it to amazon for a refund, and thanks to Amazon Prime had the replacement in 2 days with plenty of time for displaying during the holiday. I always really appreciate great customer service like that!

This is a very pretty rotating Christmas tree with lots of Disney characters and 2 trains that move on tracks. It can be played with or without the music, has volume control and it lights up somewhat. There is a rotating Santa with sleigh on top but the wire is a little quirky and gets stuck some times. Overall, it's a high quality item that is cheery. If it had more songs and was shaped a little more tree-like I'd give it a 5 rating.

I was very scared to purchase this expensive item, with all of the very mixed reviews. I passed by the $100 ads for this tree that I saw all over FB. I wanted to be sure that if I spent this kind of money, that it was an authentic tree from Bradford Exchange. IT IS!! The tree is beautifully made, no sloppy paint job, nothing broken. It works beautifully, all of the trains work, Mickey flies the sleigh and the princes/ princesses dance. There were no instructions on how to attach Mickey & the sleigh, so you have to figure that out on your own. Not complicated, but instructions would have helped. The kids absolutely love it and spend lots of time identifying all of the Disney characters. This will be something that we bring out every Christmas to enjoy.

I bought it as a gift, great for any Disney + Christmas fan! It's made well, no breaks or issues with it, just so cool. I love that it lights up and plays music, and it shows a lot of Disney characters, very well designed and painted. Great christmas decoration for a table centerpiece or on a mantle. It's somewhat tall, like a bedroom lamp, and heavy so you have to be careful with it. It came is styrofoam packaging, very secure and good for packing away every season.
