+1: Visual. Beautifully hand painted and unique to each product purchased. -1: Sturdiness. This is a verify delicate product so don't let your 2 year old near it, as they'll be inclined to touch Goofy's antler and it will fall off. +1: Assembly. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Highly recommend getting extra straps and sliding the power line down along the bar/sticks that are included, and strapping both together. +0: Pricing. This is a medium to high end product. It won't come cheap. If you buy ahead of time, make sure you test it out and confirm the battery/motor unit works. -1: Packaging/Shipping. Company's are getting LAZY! There is NO additional cardboard or outer box to protect the product. The tree topper is packed inside a styrofoam form fitting box. All they do is put a label outside of it. EASY to get damage if your shipping has multiple routing. Conclusion: If you're looking for a showstopper of a Tree topper and you've been brainwashed by the House of Mouse... THIS is the goto topper!!! Unbeatable and everyone will love it, but be warned, you will sweat the shipping of the package until it arrives. GL!

Pay close attention to the pictures posted by actual customers. It looks noticeably different from the pictures posted at the top by the description. I won't go so far as to say it's completely different, you have all the characters as shown but the proportions are way off. In addition the advertised picture makes it look like the sleigh will rotate way below the star when in reality the metal bar holding the sleigh barely makes it rotate halfway down the length of the star. Furthermore, the star is nowhere near as brilliant as the photo shown. It barely lights the corner of the house it is in with the lights completely off. To make matters worse, it is advertised as "Simply place the star on top of your holiday tree." Their words, not mine. This IS NOT a tree "topper." It has to be ZIP TIED to multiple support bars to your tree. Don't get me wrong, the concept seems appropriate when you feel the weight of the item but it is misleading to advertise it in both writing and pictures as if it sits nicely atop your tree when really you have to figure how to best conceal multiple green poles and zip ties (especially if you bought a live tree). So why not just advertise it for what it really is and let us decide if it fits the type of tree and look we're going for? $100 for this kind of quality and misleading advertisement isn't worth it. The ONLY reason I'm going to be stuck keeping it as opposed to returning it is because my son enjoys the characters. Honestly though, I personally feel I "fell for it." Congrats on getting a solid hundred dollar bill from me.

First, I don't believe the "photo" offered on here is very accurate. The actual sled and reindeer are much smaller than it appears against this tree. Visually in the photo, it looks kind of large, but actually I'd say the sled is only 5-6-ish inches on the side front to back? Next, the star: the star is quite large actually. Not at all small or clear. It is an 8-point star, however, unless you place this quite far down on the trunk of your tree, it bottom point is quite long from the base to the center. Also, it is opaque white. When turned on though, it does light up yellow though. Now, the wire attaching the sled to the star. The sled does not hang below the star, but it actually just barely skims the top point. The wire you attach to the star comes up quite far before it curves back down. Now, after pointing all of this out, I have to say, it still looked lovely on my tree! The star comes attached to a green metal pole, that can then be attached to up to 2 more poles. You then line the pole onto the trunk of your tree, and attach it to the trunk via white plastic pull-ties, threaded through holes on the poles and around the trunk. I used only 1 of the additional poles, as instructed in the directions, and used 2 pull-ties. It didn't shake, wobble, or lean the entire holiday season. There is a small switch pack with a relatively decent-length cord that can be easily hidden within the tree to turn the topper on and off. When on, the star is lit, and the sled circles the star, quietly and at a good steady pace. You could become quite mesmerized watching it with all your lights and decorations up. 1 note: Given the size of the star plus the height of the wire above the star, I'd say you're looking to add at a minimum of another foot to the top of your tree. I get a real tree every year, and have 9ft. ceilings, so those 8ft trees are out from now on if I expect to have enough room for this tree sit in the stand + spin. As far as the Bradford Exchange and Amazon with this product: When I first received it, upon opening it, before even taking it out of the box I noticed that Dumbo's trunk and broken off, and was nowhere to be found inside the Styrofoam packing. (one of the toys on the sled, and my favorite character, so could not be overlooked!) I immediately contacted The Bradford Exchange through Amazon (since I had purchased through Amazon). They responded right away, emailed me a return mailing label to print out, and promptly sent me a new one, which was perfectly fine upon arriving and went on the tree that night. Only 4 stars due to the lack of accurate photos. I think a more accurate photo may have influenced my decision a bit more. I wish the sled was a bit bigger, and the star wasn't so yellow when lit, but otherwise, I really enjoyed it.

Is an article well done of terminations, the only bad thing is very delicate and the part that holds the sled to the reindeer is easily broken and only joining broke, but the happiness of having it for my tree, I did not return it but he does not know If they have a guarantee for that, since that has to be broken in one way or another because what holds him does not hold so much weight,
