So far I'm very happy with this phone and it doesn't seem to have any issues. Well after 6 months the screen is starting to peel away at the fold :*( this isn't looking good I'm hoping there is some sort of warranty by Amazons renewed guarantees... we will see. Well, I guess you only get a 30-day warranty with Amazon. But the good news is that this flip phone has a clear protective cover on top, and that is the issue and that's easily replaceable, the screen isn't broken. ... show more

This renewed Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Flip3 phone was an awesome purchase in my opinion! At first I was leery of buying a 'renewed' cell phone or any renewed product for that matter. I was afraid that it would be sub par compared to a new one however I am sold now on Amazon's 'renewed' program. The phone arrived quickly and when I received it and unboxed it, the phone it was in pristine condition! It looked brand new! Now looks aren't everything right? But not only did this phone look brand new, it performed that way as well! The battery life is good per these types of phones and it came with a charger and cable. The only feature that I cannot attest to is the facial recognition. I am not a fan of using biometrics for electronic devices. I considered my purchase an excellent value for the price. Granted, it's an older model however, like I mentioned before, the phone was like brand new in appearance and performance and for what I received, I think the price was reasonable! Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the my purchase and I am no longer worried about purchasing a renewed product from Amazon. I would buy 'renewed' again! ... show more

Im not sure how to feel the screen has a scratch and the hinge has some scratches the packaging sucked tbh i do love it but it's still associated with t mobile for some reason even after factory reset that bugs me it's a beautiful phone I love it but the downsides make me question my choice but I can't complain I payed dirt cheap for this phone it was 199$ compared to the brand new it's a score also if your techy like me some features will worry you like the phone heats up to fast it's practically a hand warmer I got the cream color it's nice very pleasing so many cool stuff I practically better than my samsung watch and tablet. ... show more
