The phone work well at first. So now I have to get a new phone due to where the fold is at on the phone it is not working and everything is white on the screen. I thought it might be really dicey buying a refurb phone but decided to chance it anyway. I'm happy to report even though I've only had the phone a day, it was absolutely pristine and works flawlessly. The case even had basically no visible scratches or wear and the screen was perfect. I bought this "renewed" phone for my mom. It worked great for about 5 months now every time she closes the phone it powers off. I guess I learned my lesson about buying "renewed" products.

Oh how I have missed my old analog flip phone from many, many years ago. I never thought I'd ever see such pleasure again but this one does all that and so very much more! My ONLY complaint is battery life but when little used, it will last 24 hours. Consistent use throughout the day really chews through that battery. That and the fact that Samsung has begun a "no expansion card" policy in very recent years. That is devised entirely of corporate greed in order to force you to buy the phone with the most built in storage which really drives up the price. ... show more
