These are great! I have terrible feet (plantar fasciitis, second and third toes longer than big toe, left foot longer than right). I wore these straight out of the box and did a two-mile walk. No blisters, no sore feet, ankles or knees afterward! I have very narrow feet and they are not too wide. Bonus is that they were $70 off for Black Friday! I've been a Teva fan going back to the mid '90s. I normally get a size 7 for my collection of Mush flip-flops. I've learned from past experience to get a 7 1/2 for any of their closed-toe footwear.     • Can’t go wrong with Teva
Comfortable light weight shoes. I love the straps on the sides which snug up the fit nicely. They have decent cushioning. My only complaint is the laces. They’re too short! I measured them as 42.5”. Not long enough to tie well and they don’t stay tied.

    • Perfect with one small tweak
I’ve had these shoes for almost a year, and still love them as my one pair of shoes when traveling. I can hike with them, but also wear them to dinner without drawing attention to my feet, as heavier hiking boots would. A few things to consider, though: first, I have slightly narrow feet. Second, I’m usually closer to an 8.5, but a size 9 fit perfectly. Third, in order make these comfortable and supportive of my high arches, I swapped out the insoles for Superfeet (the green ones). Now they’re perfect. Oh, and I’ve put them to the test in wet weather and they’ve always kept my feet dry. ... show more

Excellent, durable shoe. Plenty of room in the toe box which was a big issue for me. I’m a nurse and I stopped wearing Hoka’s because the cushioning was causing a lot of weakness in the muscles of my feet. With PT and these beauties, I’m getting back on track. Grippy treads, supportive soles with just the right amount of stiffness AND cushion, these shoes are my new favorites for hiking and for work. Thank you Teva! ... show more

Tough to rate these shoes. I'll rate them on how they felt to me. - They don't breathe well. It wasn't long before my feet felt like they were getting sweaty. - They are a bit heavy, comparatively. They seem sturdy though. - There isn't much of an arch to speak of. And oddly, it feels like the insole under the ball of the foot is raised, like you're walking on a lump under the ball of your foot. For context, I wear a men's 12. Most standard shoes (Reebok, Nike, Columbia, Puma, Timberland, etc.) fit me just fine in 12. I prefer 12 wide for the extra space, but I usually have no issues with 12 normal. These Tevas felt tight over the top of the foot toward the front. The length is fine. The toe box has plenty of room, but where the ball of the foot lump is, the material that goes across the top of the foot is tight. Even with the laces completely loosened up. Also, the heel slips up and down while walking. Your mileage may vary, but I found them odd and uncomfortable. ... show more

Best shoe purchase ever. I was heading off for a Rhine river cruise with lots of walking, in winter too. From previous trips I learned that a wide sole shoe was important as the cobble stones can be challenging. These shoes are waterproof, fit my orthotics and very comfy. I was nervous about shoes online fitting but these were perfect. They seem to be wearing well. Perfect as our next travel trip is to hike some of the National parks. Yes we are in our 60s but being active and having good shoes are important. I also learned a woodsman knot to keep the laces snug and tight. ... show more

This Teva design is just perfect for durable wear. I now have 4 pairs (boot version and shoe version) and love them all. The color combinations are fantastic and really attractive (kudos to whoever chooses those as so many other boots/shoes have weird color combinations). I have had one of the boot versions for over a year and they look new. I noticed that this shoe/boot style may be going out of production as they are now hard to find in all sizes. Such a shame, but this is why I bought several more pairs recently since I realized that I may not be able to get more in the future. ... show more
