Those sandals are great and your fit do not smell because of the leather inside

If this were my first pair of Tevas, I probably would have given a higher rating. But, I have an old pair that are so much better that I couldn't raye them higher than a 3. Now, maybe people will like these sandals - maybe what I am looking for is not what others want. So with that in mind, they do fit as expected and are comfortable to wear. Here is where they fall short compared to my old pair. 1) My old pair had the multiple velcro straps for adjustment, but they also had a snap buckle on the ankle strap. Anyone who has much experience with velcro knows that it wears out if you are constantly undoing and redoing it. With the old pair, I could adjust them once, and then use the snap buckle to take them on and off. With the new pair, I have to use the velcro every time, and I suspect that will greatly shorten the useful life of them. 2) My old pair provided much better arch support. The new paid provides very little, and do if I am standing or walking much during the day I end up with sore arches by the end of the day. 3) My old pair had a very cushy topsole that was made of a soft sueded fabric. It was very comfortable and provided a nice cushion. The new pair has a topsole of I don't know what. It may be brushed rubber, or may be a thin synthetic fabric. It is OK, but not nearly as nice as my old pair, which is now worn out. However, the old pair is still much cushier than the new one. 4) The old pair provided much better support for my foot overall. It just felt much sturdier. So, if this is your first pair of Tevas, you might love them. If you are not planning to wear them all day while standing and walking, you might love them. If you are used to wearing cheap shoes that do not provide good support, you might love them. But, if you want a hiking sandal that provides good arch support and has good foot support overall, you might be disappointed There is just no comparison between what Teva is now making and what they used to make.

These sandals are really comfortable with pretty good support. I feel like I can wear them all day long. I was looking for the same style as my old pair of Tevas but wasn't able to find it anywhere. While I do prefer my previous pair, as these sandals are getting worn in, I think I will eventually come to love them.

I have sensitive feet, prone to plantar fasciitis, with high arches. These are the only sandals I can wear and not hurt after. Great product. Worth the price. I go through about a pair every two years with near constant use (except for when it’s rainy or muddy). Been buying this exact sandal for easily 15-20 years. Highly recommend!

I have been so disappointed. I have been wearing the same two styles of Tevas for years. And as most things do, they became discontinued! My regular ones disappeared a year ago & I have been making do with my dressier Neotas. They also were discontinued & the ones I have, saw better days a year ago! I broke down & ordered the leather FI Lites. Oh my goodness! I took them out of the box, put them on and have been in them all day! So comfortable! No, I wouldn’t go hiking in them...but for general wear, they are amazing. I just ordered another pair. Also leather. Teva, once again, hasn’t let me down. Oh, I have a small, wide foot.. 6 is what I usually wear .. 6 is what these are 😊

I've had these for a week -- so far I have been breaking them in indoors at my office and at home for a few hours each day, and today I took my first longer walk outside for 45 minutes in them. I will do a longer walk this week but I decided I am definitely keeping them. I was wary because my old pair of Tevas (purchased circa 2003) are wide and fit my feet perfectly. At first these new ones seemed narrow but I just needed to get used to the new support. I wear a 9/9.5 in dressy shoes and 10 in running shoes and I ordered these in a 9. I love them!
