This is my second KVM switch from TESmart, the first being a dual monitor setup, and I am loving it. I tried another brand before this one and had no success. Decided to pay a little more for a brand that I had success with in the past and the setup was super easy. I only need to switch between the desktop and work laptop and I have no issues.     • This Switch is for the Pros
If you have multiple computers (up to 4) and want a clean workspace by working with just one mouse/keyboard setup, and one group of monitors (up to 3 monitors), this is the switch to get. Yes, it is more expensive than the alternatives, but handles everything, and swaps between computers at the touch of a button. The setup instructions are easy to understand, and it comes with all the cables you'll need. There are plenty of configuration choices. I have quad video cards on all my computers, and run 3 ports from each computer through the switch. The 4th port goes to a dedicated monitor for each computer so I can see what is happening on each computer; the 3 ports going through the switch provide additional information (extended screens). If I need to interact with any of the computers, I just press a button and only the extended screen monitors change. All the monitors I use are UHD, and switch handles the higher resolution very well. ... show more

Switch came with cables, instructions and feels sturdy. Mostly use it to switch 3 monitors across 3 different computers and this works great. Gotchas - if you have Displayport connections and are using adapters to convert to HDMI connectors for this switch tread with caution. Could not operate displayport -> HDMI on this switch at 60hz. Ordered a powered adapter to see whether I can get 60hz. Seems like 30hz works, anything above that causes flicker. HDMI works at 60hz no problem. ... show more

    • 3 Monitor and 4 computer KVM....This thing is awesome.
I have this setup so that I can switch easily between my work, play and music laptops\PC's. Works really well after you setup the laptops to handle 3 monitors. I don't have any issues with the Keyboard and Mouse not transferring to the proper screen or any of the USB periperals transfering over. I also like the fact that I can take 1 screen and assign it to one of the monitors. This makes it easy if I want to work on my music PC and monitor emails or stocks on another one. This works exactly as expected. I do do not understand why any negative reviews. IF you understand YOUR connectivity and YOUR objective, You will NOT have any issues. About 1.5 hrs completely to setup. I have 3 monitors, ONE Keyboard and Mouse, 2 laptops (work, personal), Web CAM, Xbox, ANNNDDD Fold 3 DEX (ONLY on one monitor so far). With the Fold I need to figure out how to do 4 outputs...lol. But beside my OWN device short comings, This KVM is PERFECT...if it is within your budget. But keep in mind the price comparably is cheaper then any other solution....HOT Keys is spot on! OH did I mention it comes with ALL the CABLES you NEED for SETUP!! Yeah! YOU may need to purchase some adaptors...AGAIN depending on YOUR devices connectivity. Delivery A+... in 2 days flat!     • Worked Here and There, But Had Issues
I don’t know if it is due to me having a specific setup (desktop with three monitors, Mac, and work laptop), but although having my mouse and keyboard supported, they would work intermittently. I had display glitches on a third monitor with my work laptop, and I know it wasn’t the dock because it worked well without a KVM throughput. ... show more

I replaced another KVM that constantly had issues with monitors not syncing correctly. No issues with anything so far after 3 months of heavy use. Monitors sync correctly on each flip of switch. I am using 3 computers on a 3 monitor setup using all HDMI.

    • Save your money - super glitchy
I use the Triple HDMI KVM. However I have constant issues with it. Every morning it forgets my Mac display settings, so I have to completely disconnect my mac, and attempt to reconnect all cables multiple times until the display figures itself out. Why even bother having a KVM at this point?! Also no power over HDMI. This is a solution seeking a problem, while also creating more problems. What a waste of money. ... show more
