It works but its a slight lag and be mindful the ps4 will tell you its “not an official ps4 controller so it may not work properly.” It’s great for games that aren’t too competitive. But anything that involves fast reflexes the controller sometimes won’t respond. For example, when playing games like Mortal Kombat 11 that involves extended combos the controller wont respond even if you change your input window timing to “short”. For faster reflexes. The other thing that happens with this controller is that sometimes it will be on and connected to the system but will not respond at all and will be frozen. Pressing the home button will not even fix the problem you will have to turn on another controller that is connected to your game system in order to make this one turn off and then turn it back on and that will fix the problem. All in all i give it 4 stars for software issues. But but its nice and sturdy! Enjoy! We had a slight issues with the left joystick sticking and customer service was awesome! They got back to us quickly and helped us fix the issue. Great price, the controller feels good in the hands and works great. We will be buying more of them to replace the 6 we have that no longer work as well.

it's been four months since I purchased this product, there are some pros and cons with this item. But I want to say overall I am satisfied. pros: + stable controller + Very comfortable despite size + joystick grips feels 10× smoother than an official playstation 4 controller + The vibration effects is more immersive than the official playstation 4 controller + The new buttons on the lower bottom of the controller is fun to use and function properly Cons: - Only once it disconnect on its own despite the battery is full - Vibration runs for a long period of time, easy solution turn off the controller and then turn it back on - Recently it takes half a day sometimes all day to fully charge - rarely and often sometimes the controller doesn't connect to the playstation 4 on the first try when you press the power or the "PS" button, easy solution press the activation button as soon as the controller stop blinking it should connect to your ps4 on the second try - The turbo button are useless, it caused glitching for me personally I don't ever use that button again This review is coming from a normal guy, an average guy. This controller works for simple or basic people who don't care about the extra accessories or perks with their controllers. If you value basic needs than this product is right for you. This has been good experience for the type of games I play. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am very disappointed to write this review because I really wanted this product to work as advertised. It looks as cute as the picture and the button play is super crisp! HOWEVER, straight out of the box, the controller, A) DID NOT sync with the Play-Station 4 using a micro-usb connector OR a bluetooth pairing. B) having never been used, the right joystick entirely sticks and remains to the left side - refer to video. I mean....even if I could get the thing to connect to the PS4, the joystick issue would obviously make gaming impossible. ... show more

I bought this controller but the only problem I had with it is that I joined my friends to play with and when I joined there party so we can all hear each other as well play together they cannot hear me I had checked my settings and everything and nothing worked and my headset is from playstation so I had to buy a real PlayStation4 controller. This controller is not the best performance as well I don't know why these companies keep making these generic brand controllers when they actually aren't that great at all ill use it to scroll while I'm watching movies on playstation but it isnt good for game performance that's for sure if your a hardcore gamer get the real thing stop buying generic brands its a waste of money. ... show more
