The bed itself is good quality, I see a lot of reviews saying firm but soft, I would say this is more on the softer side. For the price this isn’t a bad purchase but if you want something somewhat firm, likely you’ll need to get a firm mattress topper. I need to point out that their customer service really shines. Overall, this seems like a nice mattress for the price. We opened it up and let it sit out for several days as instructed. I appreciated that the foam did not have a bad odor as we have tried other products that smelled for a few days after opening the package. After the mattress expanded, it looked nice and seemed to be good quality. The fabric on the top did have a few rolls that didn’t flatten out as well as I had hoped as well as the side fabric not being as tight as I hoped it would be after the 72 hour expansion. The workmanship, stitching and feel of the mattress is very nice. My daughter has been sleeping on it for a week now and she thinks it’s really comfortable. The mattress seems to be on the softer side of medium firm which our daughter likes. My only concern is if it will be supportive enough as she gets older and bigger. Overall for the price, think this is a good option when considering the fast shipping, no bad smells and nice workmanship of the mattress. ... show more
