Received the mattress in a timely manner. I was setting up a guest room with this new mattress but decided that I would use it and move my older mattress to the guest room. It was easily transported up the stairs into the bedroom where I unpackaged it and let it sit for three days. There was no smell and the mattress expanded as advertised. We recently purchased a travel trailer and needed to upgrade from an RV mattress (a 4” thick pad on a plywood storage base. Who could sleep on that?) TeQsli offered a queen size 10” mattress that was at a good price which could be delivered in a box directly to us. The mattress has both individual coils, which add support since there was no box spring capability for this setup, and memory foam for ultimate comfort. My husband and I slept very well on our first camping trip and expect to for many years to come. (Thanks, TeQsli for the 10 year warranty! We let this mattress sit for more than a week without sleeping on it, and it did not expand beyond 11". It never fully expanded to be tight and flat on the sides and top as it appears in the pictures in the Amazon ad and on the TeQsli website. The top is still somewhat loose and lumpy and the top foam layers hang out slightly farther than the coil spring layer on both ends. It also seems to slope down just slightly from the middle to each end, so that the ends are slightly less than 11" thick. It's like it was kept tightly compressed and rolled up in storage for too long, so the foam got permanently squished, and more on the ends than in the middle. It looks okay with sheets and comforter installed and it feels comfortable when we lie on it, and it's just for a guest bedroom, so it's probably usable. However, since it does not match the description (is not 12" thick) and does not match the pictures, it is not really what we paid for, so we contacted the seller. They were very responsive and requested pictures, which we provided. The result is that they refunded a significant percentage of our purchase price and let us keep the mattress. We would probably rate the mattress itself as a 3 at best, but the customer service is a 5, hence the 4 rating on this review. With customer service like that, we are inclined to assume that the product is normally better, but can't say for sure since we didn't get a replacement.

We’ve only had this for a couple of months, but it’s really thick and my daughter thinks it’s absolutely comfortable and it is better than the one spa. I believe they are called that we bought on Amazon Amazon a year or so ago that we were replacing.

The mattress is protected in two clean films. After cutting the films (they included a tool which is safe to cut the film), the mattress inflates completely just in three seconds. It is so easy to set up. There is no unpleasant material smelling. The top fabric feels soft and comfortable. The size fits my bedroom very well. Worth the price!

I bought this TeQsli mattress as Christmas gift for the new home, and used it for one month and a half. This is 10-inch Queen- size memory foam with pillow top. I like its breathable knit fabric, so I didn't sweat at nights. The pocket zones with hybrid innerspring coils give medium firmness, and allow release of long-sitting stress and my back pain. Also importantly, the mattess is certified by CertiPUR-US and manufactured with health safety material. Overall, I like this purchase and enjoy sleeping on this mattress. In future I may buy a thicker 12-in and firmer one of this brand.
