I got this kid car for my 4 year old and 8 year old daughters. They certainly have a lot of fun with it. The car has many great features and seems to be made of quality plastic. The size is perfect for my little daughter. It fits the older one as well, but there is not much leg room. Pros: 1. The installation is quite simple. It is mainly the wheels and seats. There are not many screws to handle. 2. The appearance is lovely for little girls. It connects to the phone through bluetooth or aux so they can play their favorable songs. The sound is loud enough although the sound quality is so so. It also has a few preloaded music. 3. The control is easy with two speed adjustable. My little one can not handle the steering properly so the remote control is fantastic. The top speed is OK for kids. 4. Charging is convenient. You can charge it through the charing port in the dashboard. Or you can take the battery out to charge. Cons: 1. The motor unit has screw holes but they are not used to fix the motor. Is it designed as such. So the motor is pushed in and fixed by the wheels. The durability is to be tested. So far so good. 2. The steering wheel wobbles. I am not confident with the strength of the connection. How long can it last? 3. The battery box is half empty. It could be loaded with a larger battery. Generally it is a fun toy with many good features but a few things to improve.

The media could not be loaded. Everything except the gear shifter seems to be OK. It appears to been broken because of poor packing. I changed to a 5 star the seller issued a refund in the amount of new shifter and sent a link to order new shifter. Thank you!

The item was easy to assemble and the remote control works perfect, there are 3 different speeds that can be selected for the car and it holds a charge for a very long time. There is a little meter on the dash that lets you know how much power you have left which is really handy.

I was was able to quickly assemble the car- everything for the most part just snapped together- it me maybe a half hour to get it done. We charged it overnight and then turned the grand kids loose in it. I showed our four year old how to stop, start, turn and go in reverse and he was having a blast. Until the steering wheel popped off. I quickly unsnapped the base of the steering wheel and saw that the four screws holding the steering wheel to the shaft that gets snapped in during home assembly were just barely grabbing any material. Maybe 1 to 1 1/2 threads were holding it on. I went down to my work bench and found four screws that were about the same diameter, but a little bit longer and used those instead. Once it was fixed my grandson rode it for about 2 hours straight, only coming in once for a glass of hot chocolate. He was bummed, but understanding when we told him it had to charge overnight. The next morning he was back on it, cruising around our property: up and down hills, over bumps, in the grass, on dirt and in gravel. This little jeep goes everywhere and my grandson was determined to take it everywhere. Towards the end of the day he come up to my wife and said "low speed is boring, hi speed is FUUNNNN" I recommend this, it is loads of fun, but be wary of the steering wheel. Not a big deal to fix if you have a supply of extra screws and maybe it was just mine and the rest have the correct size screw already installed.

I'll admit that I am living vicariously through him when he's having fun in this. I never got one when I was kid so I wanted to make sure he got the experience. We take this to our local park and it has no problems going over grass and the little bumps and hills that come with a standard park. This has to be a universally enjoyed toy for kids. I can't imagine any kid NOT liking this. Biggest down side is the short battery life. Continuous use will get you an hour if lucky. Still totally worth it!

This ride on was fairly easy to assemble. Toughest part is putting the wheels on, the rest mostly snaps into place or snaps in and gets secured with a few self taping screws. Instructions were a little hard to decipher because of black and white pictures but if you stop and think, it's fairly straight forward. The remote is a great feature so you can override your kid. The detail on the body parts is better than expected. Folding mirrors, working headlights, functional hood latches. Wish I had one as a kid.
