I have amended my rating. Originally I gave this tent 2 stars. You can see the original review below. However, the seller reached out and went above and beyond with trying to make things right. Honestly, the customer service alone is 5 stars. They are sending a new tent so I will am certain that it will be much better the second time around and can report back after I go camping again next month. Again, the seller has been great and very responsive. Honestly if I could give this tent negative stars I would. This tent was not easy to put up like it claims, I needed helped from multiple people around me. The zipper kept getting stuck, it’s very poor quality. Bugs got into it. This isn’t my first rodeo with camping and I needed a new tent since my old one was finally falling apart. If I could return this tent I absolutely would. Absolutely loved it. I’d definitely buy a lining cushion if you’re like me, need support for my back, or a tent bed. It’s bigger than expected, 2 adults and 2 kids fit pretty comfortably. Super lightweight and easy to assemble. Also loved the baggie to put it away and carry. Price was amazing, and zippers are still doing well with little people zipping open and closed. Hate to write a bad review, but here goes. Got tent for Grandkids, set it up in living rm before seeing them, ripped the rain fly a little inserting shock corded rod, not a big deal, can live with that & I'll even take the blame, I was probably a little rougher than I needed to be. Took tent to the Grandkids, set it up again & shortly after, the door zipper kept getting stuck & there wasn't even fabric in the way. After opening & closing several times, zipper got permanently stuck & ripped it trying to fix it, rendering the tent useless. Also, not a fan of the way the rain fly covers the two windows blocking airflow. Last thing, another bad design is that you have to open the window flaps from the outside, pretty inconvenient. I love the story of how your company came about but can buy a bigger, better tent from a big box home improvement store. Hope this helps potential buyers ... show more

Great little tent. Easy for a girl to setup. For the money I would buy again. Stakes were not suitable and bent easily and there was a string missing but it was ok. Would buy in a pinch but not for durability and have your own stakes with ya :)

Awesome tent. 1st time used it was pouring down rain. Stayed completely dry. Fit perfectly on bottom of my hiking bag was heavy at all. Perfect size for the two of us. Used a full size mattress pad but would have fit a queen.

    • Watch Out For Fiberglass Shards
While putting the poles together, my hand got many shards of fiber glass. Upon looking closer at the poles, they looked to be used or unfinished with a coating. I decided I no longer wanted this item & started packing it away. It did not fit back in the bag even when tightly rolled & air was let out. I would not purchase this tent. ... show more
