The directions are sewn to the carrying bag. Set up was roughly 30 minutes between 2 people. The bottom was fairly thin. We laid a tarp underneath to reduce the risk of damage. Zippers and covers were good quality. It is very bright in the tent with the sun.

Took it camping and had a torrential downpour where streams were running around and through the campsite. 98% of the rain stayed out and I think the only reason there was a hint was my son's stuff was touching the edge. Dried quick. Easy to set up, easy to take down. I put it up by myself in 5 minutes. Good size for tall guy. The thickness was not top of the line, but it did the job. It is not a traditional double layer yet it held up very well and was easy to setup. We sprayed it with waterproofing spray and have had 0 issue. Worth the money for sure in my opinion.

This is a nice light weight tent that I feel will last a long time with ADULT use. I put it together in a matter of 10 mins. I wanted something quick and easy . I imagine it repels small showers but if I were going to seriously camp during inclement weather I would likely use a tarp with it. The zippers function fine. I ordered the tent new but was shocked to find that it was used when it arrived. The tent would have been perfect if I had actually been sent a new tent with all the pieces. It came with food and trash in it and missing pieces. Will be returning when I get back home.
