  • good product but sizes don't match up.....
Size: X-Large (Pack of 56)
If you've ever suffered from a stroke, you learn over a short period of time that things are not the same. Numbness now controls half of your body. Your arm functions half the time or not at all. Your fingers on the affected hand no longer function as a unit. And the list just goes on and on. But the one thing you didn't consider was incontinence. I purchased these men's diapers based on the company name and the XL size chart which is so far off. These sizes aren't based on actual clothing sizes but rather on someone's idea what a waist of 44"-64" should be. I have a 60" waist and these don't even come close. While the leg openings fit snuggly, the waist measurement is only good up to 54" for a proper fit. So look else where, but be advised that if you get into the actual XXL-XXXXL sizes, not only does the price go up, but the number of diapers you get in the package goes down to where you are paying almost $4 per pair. ... show more

  • The size runs smaller then other extra large in this product.
Size: X-Large (Pack of 56)
Product runs small. If you need extra large I suggest you order a size up.

  • Average...
Size: X-Large (Pack of 56)
The fit is fine but I have 2 gripes. As others have said, the pad needs to bit higher in front. Also, I find that with any leak more than half teaspoon or so, it penetrates the plastic outsides almost immediately. A big fail if you are out in public and it shows as an immediate wet spot in your pants. 2/5. ... show more

  • More Comfortable then My Underwear!
Size: Medium/Large (Pack of 64)
I recently had successful surgery to remove my re-grown prostate, It left me freely able to pee again, but also prone to leaks because I spent so many years self-cathing or wearing a Foley. These TENA briefs are the perfect solution while I re-train. Most of the poor ratings seem to result from buying the wrong size, not the product's fault. ... show more

  • Great product - no extra cardboard box needed
Size: Medium/Large (Pack of 64)
My father feels very confident in these. He also says they're comfortable. I like the subscription option-- saves me going to the store to get them for him each month now that he doesn't drive. Only complaint is: Amazon says they arrive in a discreet, plain box. OK, I get it. Problem is, there's NO NEED for an extra box because the briefs come in an unmarked box already. Every month we must open, flatten and recycle a box that's not needed, then take the box the briefs are in to my dad. Amazon: please stop packing them in an extra box! Very wasteful. ... show more

  • Too big and returns.
Size: Medium/Large (Pack of 64)
They look good but my 5' 11" 170 lb. Father found that the med/large is way too big. An accident running down his leg with a new/clean pair of briefs. The bed was soaked. We used three pair to give it a good go. No refunds. Med./ Large is the smallest we found.
