I’m a super hot sleeper. I’m a tummy and side sleeper and I can’t have my pillows too firm or too soft or I’ll get a horrible headache. This pillow is amazing! At first I was like “hmm it’s kind of hard..” and I was worried it would be too firm for my liking but your head sinks down into it perfectly for just the right amount of support! We just purchased the Tempurpedic Luxe Breeze Soft Split King mattresses and the Ergo motion base. So naturally we wanted to try out these cooling pillows in size king and the HI one. Have only slept on it for one night even though we ordered about 10 days ago. Just had the mattress delivered yesterday. Will try it out for a few more nights and make a decision. One nice thing is the price that we paid. It is now about $90 more for each pillow than when we purchased them about 10 days ago. The price does change on this pillow quite a bit. We paid $131 new for the king sized ones. They were up to $219 for a week and now back down to $142 (all for king size). As far as the comfort (I have been sleeping on it now for over a week) it is much more comfortable than the Dual Cooling Breeze pillows also from Tempur-Pedic. They were much more dense and heavier and didn't seem as comfortable right out of the box. The comfort of these ProForm Cooling ProHi Pillows is great. It actually feels like it's getting a little bit softer now that we have been using it for almost a week. Cooling effect is decent too. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Tempur-Pedic brand pillow to look into getting this one. ... show more

I gave this pillow a solid 2 weeks opportunity to impress me. Bottom Line: It didn't. It was extremely overpriced and not worth the time or money. For a "cool pillow", it got hot within minutes of laying down and as for the memory foam, it was nice, until you need to flip the pillow (obviously looking for the cool side), but since it retained it's shape and add in the angle of laying and flipping through your shoulder, it had the equivalent weight of a small car and was now uncomfortable to lay on. 0/10, would never recommend spending this much money on any pillow or this particular one for any price. ... show more

This pillow was a bit of an investment! I was skeptical that it would be worth the price. But, I have found this pillow to be very cool, comfortable and provides the right amount of support. With that said, it will be up to you to try and see for yourself. I used to flip my pillow over to find a cool spot. I have not flipped this one even once. This pillow dissipates heat quite easily and has been the best memory foam pillow that I have used. All of the others have held heat and have been uncomfortable. This pillow was designed with cleaning in mind. One can unzip the pillow cover, wash it and easily zip it up for another night of sleep! This one is a keeper! ... show more

The cooling pillow does work. But I found you have to remove all the factory original pillow case covers until you get down to the blue gel cooling packs. Then cover your pillow with your own favorite pillow case. The cooling effect seems doubled. It's super firm for side sleeping and its heavy. I think it's way overpriced, but it's better made, and has a higher cooling effect than the other foam cooling pillows out there I've tried. ... show more

I’ve had this pillow for a month and here are my thoughts: As so many others have said, this pillow weighs a ton. I am a six foot, healthy male, and this pillow is heavy even for me. It is also a bit too high and a bit too soft for my liking. That said, the pillow is good for side sleepers (like me) and it does a good job of cooling when you first lay your head on it. The cooling dissipates after a short time however. After considering all factors, I will most likely be returning this item and looking for a better alternative. ... show more

This is excellent for support and mouldable comfort, in a 6.6” loft. I enjoy this pillow for its presence, @just over 10 lbs, it does not slide accross the top of the mattress when you want to ‘sink in’ for even more support. The surprising aspect of this pillow is that I use it for firm support of my neck and shoulders, but it is actually quite soft and comfy when you sink in it. I did not find it hot or uncomfortable, but it is NOT a cooling design, so you may want to use a cooling protector on it, if this is an issue for you. If you like a ‘full-sized’ pillow for cervical support and loft, this maybe right for you, too. It is Amazon’s Choice for good reason. ... show more

Its ungodly expensive, lets get that out of the way people. I paid $140 on sale for the cloud cooling pro-hi king sized, bought 2. Best nights sleep I have had. It literally is like sleeping on a high cool cloud in the sky. Your head kinda sinks and floats in the cloud and the rest of the pillow conforms to you with a lovely chilling sensation. You pay for what you get most of the time. What's the point of dropping $2,$3,or $4k on a bed and throwing a cheap $20 pillow on there and cheap sheets?
