Sorry, but I still love my mattress, With your mattress, I can't use my heated mattress pad, forget him throwing his leg over me... and the cost is way too much. I would choose my firm old-fashioned mattress even if you gave me yours fee.

Quality of mattress has dirty stain and damaged upon unboxing or inflating. So disappointing! It’s also not 10” as described.

I invested over $3000 in my second Tempur-Pedic mattress, anticipating the same quality and comfort I had experienced before. Unfortunately, this purchase has led to significant distress and discomfort. Roughly three years into use, the mattress developed a severe and uneven sinking on the right side, a defect that has progressively worsened over time. This issue is not just a minor inconvenience; it creates a substantial dent in the mattress, causing me to slide into it during sleep and leading to numerous restless nights. When I approached Tempur-Pedic for a resolution under their warranty, my concerns were met with a rigid and inadequate evaluation process. The company’s criteria for warranty claims focus solely on the compression of the mattress without weight. This method fails to capture the true extent of the sagging issue when an individual lies on it, which is the real essence of a mattress's functionality. My mattress clearly does not maintain its shape under normal use conditions, yet this is not acknowledged under their current warranty guidelines. This experience has drastically eroded my confidence in Tempur-Pedic. The lack of consideration for actual usage conditions in their warranty assessment, coupled with the dismissive customer service response, is unacceptable for a high-end product. It's alarming that a mattress of such a reputed brand and high cost fails to deliver on its basic promise of providing a comfortable sleep. I caution potential buyers to be mindful of these serious limitations and the risk of encountering similar issues, which may not be addressed satisfactorily by Tempur-Pedic’s warranty criteria. ... show more

The one I received would not expand as the way, half the bed was at the correct height, the other half sloped down and was uneven. Had to send it back and it was difficult to reroll back up. Fortunately Amazon sells a vacuum bag for king bed.
