I got this for when my grandson comes to visit. Of course, I had to try it out first...! It's about 8 inches long, so it's fairly sizeable for a remote control vehicle. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for the vehicle (it uses 1 at a time, so while you're playing the other can be charging), and you provide 2 AAA batteries for the remote control. There were no instructions other than the outside of the box and the video on Amazon, but it was easy enough to install the batteries and get it going. I'm not fond of noise making toys, but the cold water vapor (smoke) only comes out when the dinosaur is roaring. There are blue lights inside the dinosaur's mouth to illuminate the water vapor and make it look like smoke. It made vapor for longer than I expected. This toy is a bunch of fun, and we will have lots of fun together with it.

Bought this as a gift for our young nephew. Took it out of box to add batteries and was so disappointed. It is so cheap looking; we just boxed it back up. We'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift.

This is a new approach for me to venture upon a toy that lights up, drives, and breathes smoke! This has been the funnest vantage point I’ve ever endured, and I got to experience it with my grandson. I highly recommend and can’t wait to see what’s next!

I believe this toy is great for both kids and adults. It comes packaged pretty nicely with not alot of set up. They provide 2 re-chargeable batteries for the actual toy and you provide 2 AAA batteries for the remote. Once you get everything set up, you're good to go! The driving aspect of this toy is very good, although it moves better inside than outside. I have both carpet and tile and it flies on both of those pretty easily. The best part about this toy is when the dinosaur roars, the lights and smoke come out of his mouth. A HUGE win for little kids! Yes its a bit noisy, but what toy isn't these days? I personally don't mind it. All together, a very fun toy for kids to play with independently and with siblings, parents, etc.

I received this TEMI remote control T-rex truck well packaged. I charged the truck battery with the included cable and my USB/ac adapter and installed 2-AAA batteries in the remote control. After the battery fully charged I removed the access panel in the bottom of the truck, to my surprise nothing inside to connect the battery. I then noticed a hole inside the case and I could see a connector attached to 2 wires inside there and after some time I got the connector out with my pick & needle nose pliers and connected the battery. 5 stars for performance and features, -1 star for quality control in manufacturing.
