Great phone case but I would recommend putting it on in a dust and hair free environment. I have a cat and when I took the plastic off to put my phone in hair immediately stuck to the finger print scanner and now it doesn't recognize it :\ not the biggest deal but frustrating.

Biometrics does NOT work. Yes I re-register my fingerprints. Followed ALL of the instructions exactly. I'm so tired of not having a case that will protect my dang screen (I've had to replace my screen 2xs now on the 23 ultra. This is now the 4th or 5th case I have tried the alleges that Biometrics work they are all full of it none of them the Biometrics work on zero of them. I'll probably keep this case just because I do like the fact that it does completely cover the problem and after I replace my phone screen the second time I purchased the liquid glass protector from Gadget guard. Overall I think the case is going to be fine but it's really frustrating to not be able to use my biometrics. All of my passwords are different and they're very difficult to remember hence the reason I have biometric on. ... show more
