Tekton 6-point sockets are ideal for working with hex-shaped fasteners. They're designed to grip the sides and not the corners of the fastener heads, which prevents round-off. The large, die-stamped markings are permanently impressed into the material and optimized for readability.

Nice set of sockets! Have not had a chance to test the strength and durability yet but Tekton has an amazing warranty so I'm not too worried. The chrome plating is excellent and the numbers are clearly stamped. The only thing I could ask would be for the numbers to be in a contrasting shade so as to be more easily seen by those of us who are visually challenged. These sockets are great. They seem well made. I have only used then a handful of times since I got them so I can't speak to the durability but I doubt there will be any issues. You will be hard pressed to find sockets of this quality for the price.

I’m impressed. These have held up very well. I’m an ag/heavy equipment technician and have used this set to torque wheel bolts on tractors and payloaders, assemble and disassemble grain augers and tillage equipment, and they haven’t failed or had the chrome chip off. So far these are working out great. They feel very solid and look very high quality especially for the price. All of the Tekton products I have purchased haven't failed me yet and have exceeded my expectations. If you like to work on cars, these are a must if you ask me.
