We have been searching for a new comforter (NOT duvet cover!) for weeks now. We've ordered multiple from Amazon and have looked at a ton in stores. We wanted a bigger, poofier, fluffier comforter that was actually good quality. After being disappointed numerous times, we've finally found it! The dark grey color is awesome (the lighting in some of my photos make it look a little lighter than it actually is) and it is super comfy! We tested it out for the first time last night and normally, I get really hot at some point throughout the night (from a much lighter comforter, too) and I never did with this one. It's a really great combo of being a little heavy/dense (will be great for Wisco winters) but also light, poofy, and fluffy at the same time. I'm not sure how they made that happen, but they did. I would highly recommend getting the king size even if you have a queen - seems to run a little smaller than most. The only thing is we haven't washed it yet to see how it holds up, but I'm guessing it'll be just fine. I'll update my review if not. Also, ignore the wrinkles in the photos - those will obviously come out after it's washed and dried. Needless to say, I'm super happy with this purchase. Oh, and Jack also approves (like all the other cats on here).

Recently moved in with my partner who always used layers of blankets no matter what the time of year. I'm used to a duvet and would get really cold under layers of thin blankets especially now that its winter again. Partner wasn't sure about it at first but after a couple of nights admitted the duvet is better for the cold weather. I wish it was a bit thicker for comfort but thats just my preference, otherwise its perfect. Warm and cozy with corners you can tie a duvet cover to. I would highly recommend, couldn't do the winter without it.

So, let me start by saying I love this thing. I even bought 2! That said, I bought them on sale for like 23 dollars and if it was 50 like I'm seeing as I write this I would not be happy. These things are warm, soft, lightweight, easy to clean, and feel feel just so good and comfy. They are great as couch blankets, something to bring on the road for emergency, a nice cheap outdoor blanket to get ruined or use for drunk guest sleeping over. The perfect throw away blanket. They are not for regular use. I've had mine a month and the plastic threading is already coming out. On top of that, the cheap synthetic interior is a miserable heat trap on a real bed. These things are not real down comforters and they do no breath or dissipate heat at all. After a few hours they are, no joke, hot to the touch. All your body heat just seeps in and sticks inside. This means, if you try to use them as a nighttime blanket you will be baking in an oven half way through the night. I never sweat in bed and my first time using on of these for a night I woke up multiple times pouring sweat, this is with central air keeping a steady 70 in the house. I thought maybe they are for cold weather, but even at 50 this was the case. Worse, they are definitely not warm enough for frigid temps until they gather all that heat. I was looking for an alternative comforter for when my girlfriend's dog is over since I didn't want him on my several hundred dollar duck down comforter. Ultimately, though, when I priced it all out that comforter is still 100x better after 12 years of use and I can just get it dry cleaned more often, or find another solution, while these will most likely last about a year. I ultimately found a great goose down comforter on amazon at around 150 and am never looking back!

This comforter is great, actually. The tight thickness and weight to use under our lighter spring comforter for the winter. It doesn’t snag easily and the color is true to what is on my screen (although some screens may vary). Great box-stitch design and a fantastic value for the money. Would buy again if we needed two!

I bought three of these for me and my kids, and they’re incredible. They’re warmer than some much thicker ones that cost four times the price that we just got rid of, they’re bigger than the old ones, and they come in different colors. I’m still trying to figure out what’s wrong with them, like why were they so inexpensive??? But so far I think they’re amazing. They have duvet loops on the corners and in the middle of each side. I like to keep it arctic cold in my bedroom and wrap up in a warm blanket. The last blanket was much thicker and it was really smaller than it should’ve been considering what size it was, and it also really wasn’t that warm. But this new one is just wow! I’m really impressed, they’re very soft, very warm, and really impressively thin so they’ll be easy to wash in a regular sized washer. I hope they’re durable and can stand the test of time, but they seem great; I haven’t even found any loose threads or anything like that. They’re really excellent quality. Can’t wait for this winter, it’s going to be a totally different experience with these comforters than last year! Update: They’re still amazing. I bought new ones because my kids are growing and need larger comforters. The others have lasted all this time. These comforters don’t have loose filling that balls up and clumps inside, they have a thick, warm batting material inside. When I went to order new comforters, I went looking for these again. These are hands down my favorite comforters now, they’re really high quality, and they’re the only comforters I will use, they’re perfect.

Most comfortable ad fluffy comforter I have ever had! Like sleeping on a cloud ! It took a bit of research and trying a few and returning those, in addition purchasing the perfect bed topper and sheets . But the comforter takes the cake ! Excellent value and I love the color and the high quality. I am confident that the wrinkles will work themselves out with time, but I was diagnosed with end stage live failure and was told I wouldn’t be going home , so as you can tell I am still here and we just celebrated July 29th for lasting a year . So please forgive the mess, and wrinkles, (it took quite a while to get things situated perfectly for least amount of pain on my bones and joints. My husband poor mother will steam them out, but I just received and my husband washed etc) If you’ve taken the time to read this lengthy review, I hope the world and those you meet are kind to you and you return the favor. it really is the little things in life , we need to cherish and respect .
