These seem to be much more gentle than the mainstream m peroxide-based strips that I’ve used over the years, because no matter the peroxide percentage and how long in advance I start using toothpaste for sensitive teeth, at some point I end up with painful ‘zaps’ and that eventually curbs my enthusiasm to whiten my teeth. I’ve used these for several days and so far, zero zaps despite leaving them on for the maximum recommended time. These do have a minty hotness that seems to increase over time, but it’s not painful, just noticeable. I was surprised that these have peroxide and wonder if the coconut oil has a buffering effect. Unsure what the difference is. These definitely stick harder and stay on securely. When I remove them I need to brush my teeth because I can feel the coating on them and it feels thicker than removal feels with other strips I’ve used. Most importantly is that I can see that I’m getting whitening..,my teeth whiten unevenly, but I have overall a little more brightness and some white spots, as is what happens with any strips and my teeth.

My wife and I both tried these whitening strips over the past couple of weeks, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well they worked. The strips stay in place much better than some cheaper brands we’ve used before, so they were easy to wear while doing normal things around the house without constantly slipping. I was excited to try these Teeth Whitening Strips because they were easy to use and stayed in place well during treatment. The included shade guide was also a nice touch for tracking progress. Unfortunately, I experienced noticeable tooth sensitivity and irritation while using them. If you already have sensitive teeth, you may want to proceed with caution or consider a gentler whitening option. While the strips seem effective and the application process is simple, the discomfort made it difficult for me to continue using them regularly. Overall, I think they may work better for people without sensitivity issues, but they weren't the right fit for my teeth.

These whitening strips were simple to apply and stayed in place much better than I expected. I was able to wear them without constantly worrying about them slipping around, and they were comfortable enough to use while doing things around the house. I noticed a visible improvement in brightness after using them consistently. I also appreciated having both the stronger treatment packs and the quicker touch-up options depending on how much time I had. They did not cause major sensitivity for me either, which is always something I worry about with whitening products.
