I am impressed with how simple it is to use this product. The instructions are on point. It tells how long to leave the gel on. Be cautious of swallowing it though. I have tried a few different kinds and by far this is the better one in the market. The reason being the taste and smell are not chemicals like the others I tried. I really didn’t like to smile very often due to a yellowish tint on my front teeth and then I bought this product the whitening pen just on a whim and boy was I impressed within a week I’m pretty sure my teeth were at least 3 shades brighter can’t wait for the month results.
