I have owned a few laptops over the years and prefer a wireless mouse to the touchpad. Imagine my surprise when I received this one without the wireless part that plugs into the USB port on the laptop. I was all set to return it and discovered it's packed inside the bottom of the mouse nowadays instead of a separate item in a blister pack. Love the mouse of course - once I figured it out. You might consider a disclaimer on the box or in the instructions. Or maybe I was the last one in the universe to discover this? ... show more

The mouse feels good in the hand and works well. I did have a situation where it appeared to stop working. I sent an email to customer support, and they were very responsive in helping to understand the problem and resolve it - even sent me a replacement promptly. The method of reconnecting is a bit complicated - involves holding two buttons down while plugging in the nano receiver, and it appears to matter which two buttons you hold down. When the mouse worked out of the box, I tossed the little instruction booklet that comes with it, and had to rely on customer support, but we appeared to have a misunderstanding about what was actually happening, and their instructions didn't work. When I received the replacement, I followed the procedure in the included instructions and it started right up. So, the product works well, but I'd give it only a four because of the challenging reconnect procedure. I've increased it to a five because of the responsiveness of customer service. ... show more

I received a replacement. It is working just fine so glad that the seller reached out to me and was willing to replace it without me asking!!!!! great customer service. I am happy with the product and I also understand that some things can be defective but when you have someone that is on top of their product. Everything turns out for the better! special thanks to the seller !!!! … fyi my husband ordered my son, the same mouse, the beginning of the school year and his is still working properly! Product is as described however, stop working after five weeks and can no longer be returns. The light on the side is blinking red. as if the batteries are dead, I put a new battery still not working. ... show more

Since I posted the review (below), I have since been contacted by the seller who offered to replace the unit. Their response was actually quite informative & helpful. I have since been able to get the mouse wkg again. As such, I retract some of my earlier comments, although the registration process is still a PITA. In all, I would now say that this is at least a plausible seller with some good customer svc behind their sales. Original review: When I purchased this 2 mos ago, I saw that I had to register it with Tecknet in order to preserve the 36 mo warranty. After 10 min at their website ... one problem after another... provide this/ provide that... I finally gave up. So, now I have used it for two stinking mos... it doesn't work... & I cannot access the warranty. Folks... don't mess with this, or any other product, from Tecknet. It would seem that their dirty lil secret is to make registration (for a lousy $20 item!) so inconvenient that buyers give up. ... show more

i usually don't use a mouse (i typically just use the mouse pad on my laptop) but i wanted something easy to use for gaming and writing and editing. i'm very pleased with this choice -- it holds great charge (aaa batteries) and is very smooth. it's also very sensitive which is great, but i had to get use to it! love love love (and the purple color is great - not too flashy) ... show more

I like that this mouse was easy to set up to use on my laptop - just remove the signal receiver that is nicely stored in the bottom of the mouse into the USB port , turn the mouse switch on and you are ready to use. It feels good in your hand and moves the curser smoothly around your screen. It is so much better and quicker than using the touchpad on the laptop I am very happy with the purchase. ... show more

I had a corded mouse, but it started wearing out. This one has a regular USB receiver for the laptop, and the mouse feels good and is easy to use. You can store the USB receiver inside the bottom of the mouse, but I have had no need of that, even though I I have used a pair of Eneloop rechargeable AAA batteries for several weeks, and they show no sign of wearing out. I like the ON/OFF switch on the bottom, and I have dropped this on the floor several times, and it still works fine. I like the button that adjusts how sensitive the mouse is (how fast it moves). ... show more

I love this mouse! I previously had one from a set that came with a keyboard and it was really uncomfortable and I could never hold it in a way that supported my wrist. I work a hybrid position that is heavy with computer use, so I wanted a mouse that was easy to travel with as well as comfortable in all different scenarios. I was a little surprised that it did not come with a battery, but it was only a minor inconvenience. I really liked the color choices as well, the mint green color is really nice, and looks just like the pictures. It is easy to move around and it very accurate, the scroll wheel is smooth and quiet.
