Description

Height adjustment: place the screen frame flat on the platform. According to the substrate height or printing requirements, rotate the up and down adjustment handle to reach the appropriate height, and lock the height through the two rear positioning handles. Left and right adjustment: loosen the handle on both sides of the nose, and rotate the handle to move slightly left and right as required; When it is done, tighten both handles. Back and forward adjustment: first, slightly loosen the four red knobs on the front of the chuck, then loosen the fine-tuning knobs on both sides of the front of the chuck and make front and rear fine-tuning as required. After the fine-tuning, tighten the knob and tighten the four red knobs on the top of the chuck. When printing object is too small, adsorption maybe reduced, you can cover the holes to increase the vacumm power. The media could not be loaded. The UPS missed my delivery twice, it’s a 75lb box that comes as a wooden crate by the way. To start i will say that I do up to 30 screen serigraph silk screen prints professionally for movie and concert posters primarily and work with an automated silk screen press similar to this but has much more moving parts. This press has a lot going for it, and anyone who works in the industry and is interested in a machine like this knows that is probably not going to be perfect out of the box. That being said the machine came packaged with the table facing downward, and some scratching occurred.2 of the registration washers were missing and that piece was loose, so that may have been the culprit in my case. I think if there was a transparent plastic lining on the print surface that it could have prevented the scratching probability in shipping. My biggest issue with the machine I received is that the carriage is bent (see photo 1). I can try to straighten it with a vice and carefully bending from the bend outward, but I’m waiting to hear back from the seller. If the carriage is bent then it’s going to be impossible to get the “off contact” level. Also, the vacuum fan that provides the suction had a pretty good dent in it from shipping I guess. It works fine though and I guess is as loud as it is supposed to be. I’ve fired it up and it’s not too loud and is pretty darn cool! I wish it was a little more perfect out of the box, but you have to remind yourself what your buying. I am hoping the seller can send me a new carriage, and if not, I will have to try to bend t myself. I will update as I trouble shoot. Also I’m planning to retrofit a 4” vacuum exhaust setup so the wind interference isn’t so close to the work area. ... show more

I can't use it the electric plug does not work for America. Can you send me a plug adapter that will work in America? Update--- I tried a plug adapter but the fan doesn't work properly on 110v. You need to buy a step up transformer (in USA) which I did and it is working fine. I had to add more weight for my 20 X 24 inch screen.. the counter weight they provide is not heavy enough. Besides that it seems like this thing will work. The metal does seem pretty soft so you will need to be careful not to overtighten things and strip it out. ... show more
