I've had my headphones for 3 months and have used them almost daily since purchasing. I really loved them but just randomly yesterday the sound stopped working - I can no longer hear phones calls and music is completely distorted/unpleasant sounding. I didn't drop or even touch the headphones from the last time I used them to the time they weren't working. I'm unable to return/replace them because they were bought through Amazon and not the official AIAIAI website. I'm really disappointed, and will not buy from this company again...especially because these were $150. ... show more

Expected better sound at this price point but they are serviceable for djing. They are pretty comfortable for an hour or two of use thanks to their light weight. These are definitely thoughtfully designed ,and I appreciate the effort put into using recycled and biobased materials. Sound quality: Response is fairly flat, probably a little heavy on the lower mids. Probably will break in and sound a little better with time. Soundstage is narrow and terrible, frankly, but that's not really the purpose of on-ear DJ headphones. The driver that you plug your cable into is slightly louder than the other side, but if you tend to have one ear out then you might not notice. I guess this is caused by audio going through so many 3.5mm jacks before making it from L to R. EDIT: replacing the headband fixed this issue and the balance is perfect now. Isolation with the PU leather pads is good. I don't expect the PU leather to last very long so I'll probably pick up some of the nylon pads, or maybe the alcantara pads. This brings me to the next highlight of this product: Modular design & repairability: I bought mine from Amazon 'Used - Like New' and the headband foam was torn, but that's Amazon's fault and doesn't affect my review. That highlights the best part of this product though, for $35 I can replace the headband myself, or try a different design. ... show more

Que audífonos para sonar feo. Colecciono audífonos de muchas marcas premium (Technics, Sennheiser, v moda, Sony, akg, Bosé, Pioneer) y este modelo de aiaiai suenan realmente mal. Son pésimos. Sin brillo. Tengo casi todas las referencias de aiaiai, los Dj, los Studio, los tonmeister y esta referencia XE son un robo, suenan realmente mal. Pésimos. Aiaiai es una marca sobrevalorada. Pagas mucho por tan poco, hasta en el material de la caja en la que viene el producto es de baja y Mala calidad, y son todas las referencias. Compra mejor cualquier otra marca.
