Description

Tech21’s Smokey Black Evo Check iPhone 14 Pro Max case will keep your device protected from everyday drops, bumps and scrapes – time and time again. Offering multi-drop protection up to 16ft, this durable case is made with FlexShock – an exclusive material that absorbs the force of any impact to stop it damaging your phone. Compatible with Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, this case contains an innovative additive that means it disintegrates far quicker than regular plastic phone cases in a landfill environment. Once you've finished with it, throw it in the bin and it will start to break down over a number of years – rather than thousands – leaving no plastic behind. All the plastic materials used in the construction of this case have been tested in accordance with ASTM D5511 and will disintegrate by more than 21% after 318 days.

    • Solid case
Color: Smokey Black Size: iPhone 14 Pro Max Style: Evo Check
All the buttons work! Having separate inserts for the buttons is better than other cases having ‘molded in’ buttons. I’ve bought Tech 21 cases for my last four iPhones and have been happy with all of them.

    • First of all…
Color: Smokey Black Size: iPhone 14 Pro Max Style: Evo Check
I love tech21 I only keep tech21 on my phone BUT this one highly disappointed me. I wanted a Smokey black just like I did for my 12 I had this Smokey black was more of a navy blue. I’m not a fan of blue.

    • Perfect fit and top quality
Color: Smokey Black Size: iPhone 14 Pro Max Style: Evo Check
The other reviews that talked about a bad fit on the power button almost scared me off. But mine is a perfect fit. I didn’t mess with the colored buttons they sent and put it straight on the phone. It was an exact fit. Maybe there was a bad batch at some point? My last Tech21 case was for an iPhone XS. This one is the same tight fit. It does appear to be a bit darker, although that may be about the dark color of the phone. Overall a great case and up to the Tech21 standard. ... show more

    • Not THAT Bad!
Color: Smokey Black Size: iPhone 14 Pro Max Style: Evo Check
As others have stated, the case doesn't quite fit, however, after a few days on the phone, it starts to conform and now it fits pretty good. At $40 I expect better, but I'm happy enough to not return it. Still, it falls short of Tech 21's typical standard. Edit: It's been about a month since I wrote the above review, and I thought I'd provide an update ... Dropped it down the stairs and when I got out of my car, it fell off my lap onto the pavement. Did its job and there isn't a scratch on my display or camera. It also fits a lot better, snug but it's a perfect fit! Buttons are sturdy and clicky, doesn't scratch very easily, and it's got a good grip to it. One of my favorite attributes, and a big reason I always choose Tech21, is cause there's no visible branding which annoys me and is a non-starter. ... show more

    • Doesn't seem to fit properly near power button.

Review Image by Riley Riley
Just got this delivered today. Within a minute of putting the case on, I noticed it wasn't snug on the right side, particularly next to the power button as I could feel it move when I had it on my phone after I squeezed the right side. Looking from the bottom of my phone to the top with the screen facing up, I could tell that it wasn't perfectly straight on the right side and I could see that case wasn't fully covering the metal side. The attached picture shows this and you can see light reflecting off the metal. I'm not too worried about this, but it is something that will probably bother me for a while, but I may forget about it. I'd definitely avoid purchasing this if I knew this would be an issue. I don't know if this was an oversight after it was produced or a product defect, but this it the first review of this case for the 14 Pro Max on Amazon so I'm not sure if others will have this issue. ... show more

I buy a new iPhone every one or two years. One of my favorite and must have cases are Tech21 Evo Check with every new phone. I like the durability, feel and look. I will continue to purchase Tech 21 products especially the Evo Check.
