I purchased this for my iPhone8 and it’s absolutely perfect. I only buy Tech21 cases because they’re so durable. This case is clear and slip resistant. It also has perfectly cut holes for the speakers, charger, volume buttons, etc. Update: Within just a few weeks, the case started yellowing horribly. The Phone case said it was clear on the box. This product is actually a Blurry white like Frost White. This is a good case don’t get me wrong, but I wouldn’t of bought it if I knew ahead of time.

    • The depth of the surrounding bumper is inadequate to protect the screen.

I had previously purchased various Tech 21 cases for my iPhone 4, 5s and most recently my SE (First generation). The case for the SE was soft and supple, and provided excellent bumper protection. This case is too shallow in depth for the bumper to actually protect the screen, and most especially with a Zagg screen protector utilized. As well, I had the impression that the case was "clear" expecting transparency, but in fact it is an opaque, hard plastic which mutes the visibility of the phone's color. ... show more

I swear by tech21 cases, have for years! This was for my teenage son who is rough on phones, amd this time i made him get tech21! He left phone on trunk of car, car made it to highway and his phone flew off....the phone was completely intact! We did have a screen protector on it as well....but I have now sold my son on the awesomeness of tech21 cases! ... show more

This is my second Tech21 case. The first one was bought on recommendation from someone because I wanted a sleek case that offered great protection without a heavy price tag. Tech21 meets all my needs. The case is slim, not bulky and I have dropped my phone way too many times to count and so has my son. I only had to purchase a new one because I got a new phone. My son has my old phone and is still using the case after 3 years with the same protection ad when I first bought it.     • Gold strip doesn’t last

This case has a gold “ribbon” of plastic glued on to the sides. I had one that lasted seven months before that piece started falling off but I liked the case so I ordered another one. To be fair, I clip the phone in a vent clip in my car. The next one did not even last a month before the strip started coming off. I drop my phone all the time and the case protected my phone. This case was very slippery, I dropped the phone constantly. On the plus side it protected the phone well. I replaced it with a different case by the same brand, purchased at a big box electronics store. Evo check I believe. It is more soft touch and grippy. I had That model on my previous phone. Very durable. Had one for two years and dropped it many times. It began to crack but the phone never suffered so I replaced it. Most cases are trash. I like this product.
