The Openbox purchase wasn't that bad. Only the corners of the sink were bent, but that was easily resolved during installation. I didn't expect it to be brand new, but it arrived new and well packaged. Overall, I loved it.

The sink itself is really nice looking and well packed. It arrived undamaged which is great because I bought a different Brand sink from Overstock and two times it arrived damaged and had to be returned. I gave up on that brand as the damage was obviously all done at the manufacturer as the double boxed sinks packaging was undamaged. I was relieved when this arrived unscathed. Nicely brushed stainless that matches my Whirlpool appliances closely (watch out for goldish tint or overly polished sinks that won't match anything else in the kitchen, especially important on a farmhouse front sink). The included trays, strainer and cutting board are nice and solid feeling. The one thing that would make it perfect is if it was a "self trimming front" style.
