I bought this for my camper where I have 2 bikes that I wanted to protect better from the elements during travel. After about a week of use, the seams on one side blew wide open and I had to duct tape it back together for the remainder of the trip. It still works, but I was expecting more. As others have mentioned, you absolutely need to use your own straps to prevent it from flapping around too much during transport. I went with the single bike size because I wanted a tight fit. With 2 of the lectric bikes the single fits just perfect and not too baggy. This might not work with bigger bikes and I did collapse down the handle bars to fit. So far the cover appears to shed water really well. Will see how it does across country but so far I am very impressed for the price. Only giving 4 stars until I can test further ... show more

I bought 2 of these Obsidian covers. The first was for 2 bikes but with only 1 on the rack it was nearly impossible to get it secured on my bike rack well enough to handle the wind & travel. It took many straps & bungee cords. It appeared to be well made so I bought another. It fit much better, not ideal (not a good fit on the bottom, so it didn't keep out dust). I was very disappointed by that, but especially by the seam tape or whatever it was that started to come off after my first road trip cross-country in the summer sun. The picture shows the loose, clear seam tape up on the bike handlebar so you can easily visualize it. Worse part is I'm past the 30 Amazon return period. I don't see a way to provide this feedback directly to the seller as the length is too big and doesn't provide a way to attach pictures, so this will have to do. ADDENDUM 8/7/23: it took a few days, but the seller was gracious enough to refund my purchase price. ... show more
