If you're looking for a hardcore bashing machine that can take a beating and come back for more, the Team Associated Rival MT10 V2 is the truck for you. This thing is built like a tank—high-strength plastics, reinforced chassis, and durable suspension components make it one of the toughest 1/10-scale monster trucks on the market. The brushless power system delivers impressive speed and torque, launching it off jumps and powering through rough terrain with ease. The four-wheel-drive system and oil-filled shocks keep it stable, even when you're sending it full throttle over questionable obstacles. It absorbs impacts well, but even if you do manage to break something (which takes serious effort), parts are readily available and easy to swap out. A few things to note: Battery and charger are NOT included, so plan on picking up a solid 3S LiPo to unlock its full potential. Stock tires grip decently, but upgrading to a better tread pattern can improve handling on different surfaces. The electronics are waterproof, so mud, snow, and puddles won’t slow it down. What a blast this truck is it is so durable and so fast Pops willies on command and is just an all-around great basher. You can get loads of upgrades, but I would recommend for sure getting the lower front control arms because it is a weak point on this truck. I myself used RPM control arms. They have a great product also but stock out of the box the truck is a blast, very fun very fast very durable. ... show more

I bought this thing because of the Kevin Talbot youtube channel recommendation, I have not been disappointed. It's scare the kids fast! I ran it into a tree at full speed and damaged it. I bent the motor mount plate, and the screws backed out; or, were not tightened fully at the factory. Either way, I removed the motor, straightened the plate, put some blue loctite on the motor mount screws and I've been ripping it ever since. I upgraded the shocks, and the lower arms. spare parts are so affordable! ... show more

Had this RC for about 2+months now and ruin it nearly everyday. I’ve had a few issues but nothing to write home about…broken control arm, blew out a tire, had to replace the 3-wire servo & had to replace the body shell. All common and all cheap replacement parts. Aside from that, I’d this a STUPID TOUGH big RC, very fast running on 3S, definitely recommend buying at least 5000mAh capacity, battery or higher seeing as the larger motor and heavier weight and RC has a tendency to drain batteries faster. Definitely recommended buy specially for anyone looking to get into a higher upgradeable hobby grade type RC!! ... show more

This RC is powerful, fast, and handles well for a monster truck I personally do a lot of curb hopping but took this one I took off a few ramps and it handles the crashing extremely well other than the one body mount broke after a big fall landing on its lid

Do not buy this, it's low on power. Horrible handling. I've had 3 days and parts have started breaking out of it. And I don't do jumping anything. I just drive around. I will so by beware.

    • TOUGH FAST FUN
This is the same truck as V1 with a new body. I did quite a bit of research to pick this thing because my last car was stupid fast but broke constantly. The reviews of this truck or V1 say its pretty hard to break it. RPM makes tougher suspension arms if they break. It is quick, and handles fairly well with factory sway bars. The only drawbacks I have seen so far are a shorter battery tray than most other trucks (take it to your local shop to find a 3s or measure carefully) and it needs heavy diff lube to give it that limited slip performance. I ran it straight out of the box and the front tires balloon pretty bad because they just spin and spin. I will tear it down when I have time and put some lube in all 3 diffs, other than that I have no intention of modifying it. ... show more
