I did so much research on this TV. I have never owned a Google TV. Not sure I'm thrilled with that part of it... At work, everything is Google and they still have a ways to go with the development of their absent products. I don't know anyone who likes Google Mail as much as a product like office Outlook. So, having this TV be Google Centric, I just did not know what to expect. CON: You would think that a Google TV would cast really easily from a laptop, a tablet or a smartphone for that matter... And I have yet to get it to be able to cast. I was on the phone for a very long time with TCL support and we could not figure it out. I finally had to buy a wireless HDMI connector to be able to cast to this TV. It actually works really well and I will mention it right now: Elalight Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver, HDMI Wireless Extender Kit. This extender kit is literally Plug and Play. When you look at it you won't believe that it will even work and it works excellent! It occasionally has some interference hiccups, but overall it worked except for casting from a device to this Google TV. PROS: As far as the quality of picture and brightness and sound, it's a great TV for the money! I really feel like I got an incredibly great deal for a TV this size and this bright and clear. As far as setting it up and getting it ready to use, super easy and basic. I think they did a great job on their home page except for the fact that I have used other TVs that have been easier to show the exact Channel and apps that you want in the order that you want. For me at least, I've had a hard time adding my favorite apps to homepage. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I am always having to go to the very top under apps to find what I want. They do have a section called your apps on the home screen and I was able to manage a few of my favorite apps on that part of the screen, it's just not very intuitive. Having said that, I don't use that many brands of TVs in my life, so this is probably not a big deal to most people. I think the hardest part about this industry is all of the various acronyms they use for all the different Technologies (LCD, LED, OLED, ULED, QLED, HD, FULL HD, 4K, 8K, UHD, SUHD, and more coming). I chose this one because it used a standard quality acronym (QLED) whereas some other brands have just made up their own quality acronyms. After so much research and spinning my wheels, I wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and I feel like I got a REALLY good value for my money! Again, every TV has to fit your needs and this one is totally sufficient for me because at the end of the day I just want it to be bright, sharp, fast to navigate, and sound good! This TV delivers!!!

I recently purchased the TCL 55-Inch Q7 QLED 4K Smart Google TV and I have been blown away by its performance. This TV has exceeded all of my expectations and has become the centerpiece of my living room. The first thing that caught my attention was the stunning picture quality. The QLED technology provides vibrant and rich colors, making everything on the screen come to life. The 4K resolution is incredibly sharp and detailed, making it perfect for watching movies, TV shows, and sports. Even when viewing from different angles, the picture remains clear and consistent. The TV also comes equipped with Google TV, which has completely changed my viewing experience. It is incredibly user-friendly and allows me to easily access all of my favorite streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. The voice control feature is a game-changer, as I can simply speak into the remote to search for my favorite shows and movies. Another great feature of this TV is the built-in Chromecast. This allows me to stream content from my phone or laptop directly to the TV, making it easy to share photos and videos with my family and friends. The design of the TCL Q7 is sleek and modern, with an ultra-thin bezel and a slim profile. It looks great in my living room and doesn't take up too much space. The remote control is also well-designed and easy to use, with all the necessary buttons conveniently placed. One of the things I appreciate most about this TV is the price. For a 55-inch QLED 4K TV, the TCL Q7 is incredibly affordable compared to other brands on the market. I feel like I got great value for my money, especially considering all the features and performance it offers. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the TCL 55-Inch Q7 QLED 4K Smart Google TV. It has completely elevated my TV viewing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new TV.

Tv have everything I hoped for & more! 1.) 4k 120fps/1080p 240fps 2.) Hey google voice activated (You can control the tv without the remote just say hey google) 3.) the color IS VERY VIBRANT!!!!!!!! Brings anime to life 4.) You don’t need a soundbar, it has great sound + bass 5.) the tv brightness is extremely high Con: it don’t come with a web browser, you have to find a nock off from the play store. Personal con: (I don’t like androids so the look and feel of the main screen navigation is meh) but everything is smooth and quality is top tier. Overall 10/10 you can’t go wrong with this tv. It’s perfect for movies & excellent for gaming due to the high refresh rate and resolution. For my fun, I put led lights behind it for the glow (it plugs into the tv usb port & it’s less than 10 bucks on Amazon).
