I upgraded from a 10 year old 60" Sharp 1080p that had a great picture but did not have smart features. I wasn't sure the picture would be an upgrade, but I was tired of having to switch between the firestick for smart features and the tv remote for antenna and HDMI functions. This did not disappoint. The footprint of this 65" is not much bigger than the old 60" because of the edge to edge picture. The sound is much better as well, I had to use a soundbar with the sharp because of the thin sounding speakers. The picture is outstanding, I'm just using the factory settings-mainly standard but occasionally switching to Movie and Dynamic. I haven't set any Custom pictures up yet, but will in the future. It's lighter as well and I was able to use the same slim mount as my older tv. Lighter is definitely more manageable. The power and inputs are easy enough to access even with it being mounted close to the wall. This is really a great tv with a ton of features for the money-It's quite a bit cheaper than what I paid for the smaller 60" tv 10 years ago--not many things are better and cheaper than they were 10 years ago. ... show more

TV has a great picture and good sound. The hardest part was trying to pair it with my Dish remote. Dish has no code for it to work perfectly. However, you can choose the Element tv in the settings wizard and it will do power and volume. That is all I really need anyway.

After I first got this TV as an upgrade I tried to use me Steam Deck on it, and all I got was "No Signal" I thought it was the dock's fault because everything else worked (PS5, Apple TV and Switch) but as of writing this review I was watching a Youtube video using Apple TV and paused it to go to the bathroom. I come back out with it saying "No Signal" I try factory resetting and updating the TV to no avail. This is a horrible product and should never be purchased bewcause at this point it is a glorified $300 Amazon ad projector in my room ... show more

Remote power off button stopped working after 3 months. Luckily I can at least use the blue Alexa button with "TV off" but it is a bit obnoxious talking at night with other people trying to sleep. There is also some piece in the bottom right of my TV blocking a small portion. Not a huge deal but noticeable when light background colors. Worth the money I paid though. ... show more

The TV looks great mounted in my living room. Overall I've not had any issues with it. The smart functions are pretty smooth compared to cheaper TV's. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the FireTV software but I haven't changed over to any dedicated hardware to replace it yet.
