This is my 3rd TCL Roku TV. Super easy to add your streaming channels and connect to the internet. We've had cable, now we use YouTube TV. Can watch youtube videos, can stream to it from a number of sources. Great bargain. We don't need the highest 4K - we just watch TV. Sound - I recommend getting external speakers. Regardless of the fact that my 32" TCL stopped working after 2.5 months I'm still giving them 5 stars for the impeccable service they provide. After troubleshooting with me over the phone for about an hour they immediately started the process to send me a new one. I didn't even have to goo through the trouble of sending the old one back. This smart TV has Roku built-in and has several ways that it can be controlled, For example, you can use a handheld remote control to do everything from turning on the smart TV to selecting a certain item like a show or movie. Besides using the traditional remote that can be charged, you can use voice commands to have the TV do certain things by holding a button on the fairly good sized, at least for most people, remote and say, “Turn on the tv” or you can use voice commands without having to press the button by saying, “Hey Roku, turn on the TV. Also, you can download an app that works on a Windows system and probably android operating system, giving you an “onscreen remote control” that does everything you do with the traditional remote control. Since I don't have much use of my hands, I really appreciate the onscreen remote control that I use a track ball, which is a pointing device almost like a mouse, to activate a button on the onscreen remote that is on my Surface pro 7. The reason I like the onscreen remote so well despite the fact that the look of it leaves something to be desired is that the TV’s voice commands do not have any that go up, down, right or left, allowing a person to select an item on like Netflix . Oddly, the onscreen remote usually doesn’t turn on the TV, but I use the voice command, Hey Roku turn on the TV. After it is on , the onscreen remote works fine. Even though having to switch from a special program to use a voice command to the onscreen remote can be annoying occasionally, I am very happy that I have these two options that allow me to operate my TV without having to ask a person for help to work it. While I don’t know if this model of TV has any more features for people who have special needs, I would think it does since it has the ones I need. For this smart TV itself, I don’t have any complaints about it even after a year. It was easy to setup, and Its picture is bright even now, not to mention the price of the TV was less than $200. Note: if anyone wonders what is to the right of the onscreen remote, it is a part of my special speech program and is supposed to allow me to select a button for the onscreen remote with my finger. While I usually can’t do that, the special program, which is named Grid 3. Does help me access the onscreen remote and minimize it when I don’t need it. ... show more

I love this TV. I've been streaming on fire stick for years because I didn't have a smart TV. Within minutes I had all my apps setup and working. I'm a senior, so that's not always easy. I bought this nearly a year ago and I absolutely love it, plus it's a Roku TV. It has a great picture and I can use the Spectrum TV app on it. This TCL TV is the perfect size for my home office and sits on the ledge of one of my desks. It replaced a 39-inch Insignia TV that ran on the Fire TV platform. Now my TCL TV is that one I watch all of the time, while the Insignia is rolled out of the closet during weekends when there's multiple sports I want to watch. ... show more
