This phone says TracPhone when you power it on. It is NOT unlocked. It clearly says in the advertising image cricket compatible. I am here to tell you THATS FALSE it also has a OLD MICRO USB charger. I could have delt with the charger but it makes me very dissatisfied when a seller says one thing on their listing and lies and the customer has to go through a process of return now and I also had to return a phone cover and an additional charger. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE OR THIS SELLER I am shocked Amazon allows this looking at the reviews most people have had a negative experience. The ones that got their phone to work is pure luck because I am very tech savvy and purchased TCL phones from OTHER SELLERS that were actually unlocked and worked . Very dissatisfied! ... show more

Just as advertised, it was unlocked. I needed an unlocked phone for my dad so I could put his mint mobile sim card into it since his old phone went ka-poot. It's nothing spectacular quality wise, but for its price itll get you by as a bare minimum smart phone to check emails, use GPS, call, and text. Easily a good value for its price. ... show more

Terrible product. I opened it and straight out the box it didn't work. I tried to turn on the phone.It acted like it was gonna turn on and the screen lit up with the logo and then it went out. i put the phone on the charger thinking maybe it needs to be charged.But it does the same thing while on the charger.The logo comes on, and then the phone dies again.The logo comes on, and then the phone dies again.What is terrible product?What a waste of money.
