    • Bad printing.
Some of the notes in the music don’t line up on a line or space on the staff. A middle C was missing the line, the stem was detached from the note head on some songs. The printing was awful.

I was excited about the arrangements for my later beginners, but several times in this book, there is a printing error that caused all the notes to be off by one line or space! I’ve had to completely re-write them and in some cases, the song is unusable because of it!

    • Sugar Plum Fairy unrecognizable on second page.
I started rewriting Sugar Plum Fairy, but then found other arrangement have harmonies that make no sense. I wanted something easy for my grandson, but this isn't worth purchasing.

Cute arrangements that are easy enough for advanced beginner pianists. However, at least 3 pages have misprinted lines (as other reviewers have also mentioned). Seems to be the last two lines on the right side of every 3rd page. Somehow the notes don’t line up properly and by the last line the note is so far off that it is printed a whole step above where it should be. If you don’t mind rewriting those notes, then it’s a cute book. We received this as a gift so we will be keeping it and just fixing the mistakes as we find them. ... show more
