I've seen some reviews on this and the complaints are mostly about the cheap plastic and the Q tip dispenser doesn't work properly. We'll, in the description it does indicate that these are plastic. As for cheap, they are at a great price for what they are. I have no complaints. These are cheaper than most, but still functional just as well and are very pretty. I don't have the money to buy the expensive ones, but I tell you, I'm just as happy and satisfied with these. Smaller than expected. Well made and light in weight. The smaller one holds a pretty good amount of q tips but depending on what you’re using the bigger one for. It would only hold a handful of cotton balls.
