Great Fenders. Nice size for our offshore boat. We bought the red ones. They look really good with the white boat and blue canvas work.......patriotic! They are made well. Cheaper than what we could find at the local marine stores. With Amazon Prime the shipping was free. They arrived in two different Amazon shipments a day apart, but that was okay. With the lifetime warranty, I think we will be happy with this product long term. Did I mention how great they look on our boat at the dock? ... show more

We bought two of these at a really resonable price (versus west marine / boaters world prices). And Amazon Prime free delivery made it even a better purchase for these big, bulky fenders. This was to replace a similar Taylor-made fender that had been ruined by a spring-line that had rubbed a hole in it while rafted up with another boat on a gusty night at anchor. That type of damage is not covered by Taylor-made's warranty. But these fenders are tough and worth the price, imo. These Big B fenders have an open cylindrical channel that goes through the entire length of the fender, so it requires a stop knot on the bottom. ... show more

I purchased four (4) of these for my 53 foot Navigator. I sent them to Miami to be delivered to me in the Caribbean. First, each one was shipped individually even though I bought all four at the same time. Each one arrived in my country individually as well in large packaging which cost me a lot in freight and import duties. After the first 'individual' shipment, I contacted Amazon to ask them to ship the remaining 3 in one package. They stated that they would. Well that never happened. But this was not the manufacturer's fault. Only Amazon's. Well apart from paying a lot in freight and import duties (because I had one invoice from Amazon and not 4 separate invoices), two (2) of the four (4) arrived defective. You inflate them and the day after they deflate. Yes there is a lifetime warranty but I would have to spend money to ship them back to the US plus pay more freight and import duties for the replacements. So I decided to repair them at a tyre repair shop in my country which cost me even more money (we vulcanized them and then placed a large patch over each area for 'safety'). Ugly but effective so far. One of the two had a gash in it and the second had four (4) 'pin' holes. What terrible quality. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product to anyone. My belief is that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. And this was a big failure in my books. ... show more

We have 10 of these lining our boat slip, and they work great. We've had two fail due to manufacturer defect (small cracks/splits upon anrrival). Unfortunately, we were past the return window by the time we realized they were defective. That's what I get for buying them too early in the season. An expensive mistake and patches haven't worked. But all of the others have held up very well. Recommended - but be sure to inspect carefully before the return window closes. ... show more
