Absolutely love it it’s gorgeous and wasn’t too difficult to put together! Only thing I would say is the instructions tell you to drill the fire place piece in last. DO NOT DO THAT it is a pain in the ass to do at the end and nearly impossible if you don’t have a magnetic drill to hold the screw in place. Also we had to use different screws for that piece due to the fact that the screws that came with for drilling the fireplace went straight through the plastic. A wider headed screw is needed for that.

I’m giving this a one star because I cannot go any lower When I assembled the unit one of the LED lights did not work and after troubleshooting it was determined that it was not the LED, yet I was provided a new LED I actually installed the new LED and provided a pic showing it did not work. They said it was because it wasn’t plugged in. I told them to actually look at the photo and they will see it is in fact plugged in They did check and the. Asked me to repeat the test I had already done. I suggested that they actually review all the messages and they will see that I already did that. Once they did they offered me a new unit. Well that unit had the exact same problem as the other side. At this point it appears that there is a manufacturing problem with their product. I asked for a refund and they have gone silent DO NOT get this product or deal with this company

This fireplace is so nice. I had second thoughts over it but once I began the assembling I slowly swayed in lol it’s actually VERY NICE. I personally did the work because this was a house warming gift for a very good friend of mine and she absolutely loved it. Assembling was pretty easier considering before purchasing I read a lot of the reviews where it was stated to place heater before closing up the last assembling stamps to the fireplace and that’s exactly what I did. It was easy.
