Appears damaged. I tried selecting a pic, but it sends me back to main page. All the long boards have cracks in them, and even a piece of hardware was damaged? Will this hold up? We are still assembling, but highly disappointed. I'd like to hear back from the manufacturer, please. Even the box was torn.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful piece. Great addition to our living room! Putting it together was not fun, I struggled a bit especially putting the fire place into the stand. But quality overall is great! That’s why I have 4 stars, only cause of set up

This didn’t fit the feet on our new tv..it was long enough but the feet are huge on our new tv for some reason..we haggled over returning it becuz it’s insanely heavy to return which was going to cost a fortune to return becuz we had to pay for return shipping cost..I was so upset over it It’s been just sitting in our living room..I broke my leg a few months ago so I’ve been in a wheelchair-I’m a medic so it’s been really tough on me Bieng confined to this chair trying to figure out how to get this back..my husband can do one end & normally I could do the other..but my stupid leg just won’t let me..🥹 Today these people offered to refund my money and told me to just keep the tv stand! I’m like Hugh? Did I misread that message? So I’m just here to say that my initial impression of the seller has gone full circle! I’ve never had a seller be so accommodating..I changed my rating to a full 5..if they had 10 it would be a 10 They have really come thru for me during this icky time in my life!!
