A year after purchasing this trampoline one of the supporting poles for the safety net was damaged. Yetta assisted us in obtaining a new part with personal service, email updates and incredibly quick delivery of what we needed. We would highly recommend!!!

Do NOT buy this trampoline. It is bottom of the barrel in regards to quality. We’ve had it up for ONE MONTH and it’s completely coming apart. I’m BEYOND frustrated and disappointed. Our last trampoline lasted 9 YEARS, without one issue. Anyone who has assembled one of these knows it’s not the simplest task, so DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY. You will not be happy. Within a week, the net tore from the bars and the protection foam on the bars started to tear and overlap. It’s currently unusable. Just the thought of having to take it apart and attempt to send it back is INSANE and overwhelming. I’m not typically a “reviewer” unless I’m incredibly impressed or incredibly unimpressed. This is worse than that. Spend the extra money or go with ANY OTHER ONE. ... show more

Love the size of the trampoline, ladder, net, basketball hoop perfect size. The price was reasonable. However, it has a small hole on the mat. Worried it'll get bigger, and we just got it.
